Beautiful place!

Great location, the grocery store was just a few minutes walk away. Located on a nice quiet street and just a 20 minute or so drive from downtown. Everything was new and clean. Street side parking is difficult to find late in the night but we always managed to find parking a couple minutes walk away

Great little apartment

This apartment is brand new. For a basement apartment it was not damp at all, we felt very cozy and had everything we needed. Close to lots of amenities. Property manager was easy to get ahold of and very friendly. Great location to stay if you don't want the insanely high cost of staying downtown Montreal! Nice quiet, cute little neighbourhood.

A leaking from the vent on the ceiling appeared in the bathroom (potentially dangerous dirty drain water!). After contacting the host via VRBO and his lack of appropriate respond, we made a complaint to VRBO and asked for a cancelation and refund of our payment. Our request was refused.
