Family vacation

This house was in a perfect location for the activities we had planned- hiking the ONP and relaxing at a lake. The kids swam in the lake every day and we all used the kayaks to explore the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to find and use. If we are back in the area, we would book again.

Week in ONP with friends

We had a group of friends from all over co e up and stay. The house is beautiful and what a view! Great location for exploring ONP. We took the kayaks out on the lake and it was so awesome. Would def recommend and would book again!

The home had a well-stocked kitchen which even included a variety of coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker! The home was clean with plenty of room. I loved the view of the lake from the balcony. We did have challenges with the hot water system in the bathroom. The shower got hot but then cold and then it didn't always get hot again. Maybe include more detailed directions about using the hot water?! Overall we really enjoyed out stay!

Great house near a nice lake

Great house. Everything in the house was clean and organized. The house binder had all the info that a renter needs. Communication with the owner was very good. Views of the lake and mountains are beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake. Thank you for the tip to grocery shop in Port Angeles.

Loved our stay at this house

This was a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting, also conveniently-located for our travel plans. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we appreciated the convenience of keycoded doors. Cleanliness was flawless. We were especially impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with all the equipment we could have needed. Our kids loved the books, stuffed animals, bunkbeds, and swing chair. Communication with the host was especially impressive. In addition to being responsive to our questions, they went out of their way to support a couple of extra needs in our group. We would happily stay there again.

Beautiful week on Lake Sutherland

We had an absolutely wonderful week enjoying Lake Sutherland and Olympic State Park. I am not sure I’ve ever stayed at a rental that was as well stocked as this home was. We had plenty of coffee, paper products, washing detergent, to last for 10 people for the whole week. The home is clean and lovely and we all slept well and had plenty of space. The house has a big island in lieu of a dining table. I had not really realized that when I rented, but this worked fine for us since we didn’t plan any formal meals. We loved our location for exploring Olympic National Park. We went to Lake Crescent multiple days with just a few minutes drive. We also ventured further to Hurricane Ridge and Rialto beach with an easy drive. The kayaks and life jackets were also in great condition and the kids LOVED taking these out on Lake Sutherland. Overall it was an idyllic trip, and we loved this rental and would absolutely book again!

Everything is fine but upstairs bathroom sink and tub was loaded with hair. I had to call manager at night on 1st day. She did come and fixed the problem

Great House in a Stunning Location

We had family from the Midwest visiting us at our place in Seattle, and wanted a nice getaway on the Olympic Peninsula. This was an amazing place to stay, right on Lake Sutherland, a perfect lake for swimming and water sports. The property itself is very nice and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised at how thoroughly the house is stocked and we loved that there were kayaks and a grill for our use. Bring bug spray and stay up late enough, and you'll be able to see the Milky Way from the 2nd story deck. We couldn't have been happier with how well it fit all of our family members and provided us all a space for respite outside the city. My one complaint or point of feedback is the on-demand water heating. At times it was tricky for people to get hot water for their showers and I think dishes run through the dishwasher didn't get the adequate hot water to clean the dishes well. Not a huge problem for us, but it would have made the experience a little better. Still a 5-star property and I'd 100% recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a beautiful place near Sutherland and Crescent lakes.

We had a lovely stay- there were 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids). The kitchen is probably the most stocked for a vacation rental I have ever seen with plenty of herbs, spices, cookware, coffee etc! We cooked most of our stay.The location is absolutely gorgeous, and quiet with lake access and multiple kayaks, a paddle boat at the dock, scooters for all ages and space for everyone to spread out. It was also easy to access the grocery store, and a variety of outdoor activities! The home itself is so clean, and well taken care of.Communication was excellent with the owner!I highly recommend staying here!
