Come to beautiful Bowentown.
I'm offering a large downstairs flat. Great for a family with lots of space inside and out. Nice gardens with a large back lawn.
Large lounge, separate kitchen-dining.
An outside shower with hot water.
All linen and towels provided.
Fully self-contained,
BBQ
Off street parking for 3 vehicles.
A few minutes walk to Bowentown Boating Club and boat ramp.
A cycle trail beside the estuary taking you to a Cafe.
A fold out sofa for 2 extras if needed. $20.00pp a night extra.

Upstairs owner will be away if apartment is booked.

This was a nice, easy stay. Good communication, the place had everything we needed, great location and nice and clean.

Lovely stay

Was so suitable for our 4 family adults & 2 grandgirls.Plenty of room and comfy beds.We had use of an extra table in an outside covered area which was our craft area for painting shells.A lovely back garden & lawn area.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely time at Bowentown. Close walking distance to harbour and surf beach. Enjoyed a few local walks. Great outdoor shower, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

Lovely place to stay for 5 nights, everything we needed and more. Loved the comfortable bed, the peace & quiet and the lovely gardens. A short drive to Anzac cove for sunbathing & swimming. Just love Bowentown 💖

Great beach bach experience

This is a great little property with everything we needed to have a family beach holiday. The gardens were beautiful and we could easily walk to the estuary, and beaches a short drive away. Communication and access was very easy thank you.

Great beach. Easy booking with host. Friendly neighbors handed some fresh fish over the fence! Great butcher in town to go with the BBQ.

Lovely place for my daughter and I to relax and commute to friends in central Waihi Beach. Pretty garden with some if my favourite flowers blooming and wonderful herbs. Thanks especially for adding the coffee grinder. Very kind!

Great place to stay ....

The flat was in an ideal location for our specific needs, though a little away from Waihi Beach itself. It was spacious and roomy, immaculately presented with everything we needed, and we had a most comfortable stay. Only concern was the lack of a handbasin in the bathroom/toilet, which meant washing hands and cleaning teeth in a basin also used for dishwashing - future guests may find this more of a deal breaker than we did, and owners could usefully consider rectifying if possible. Overall though a very good stay at a very competitively priced property, and hopefully we will be able to return quite soon.

Perfect for the three of us.

Perfect for the three of us, plenty of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed. We enjoyed the garden view and it was a very short walk to the ocean side and an equally short walk to the inlet side. Waihi beach was a short drive away with a supermarket, cafes and boutique shops. The only drawback was that the 2 element stove was incredibly slow to cook anything but we were on holiday so not such a problem, we were thankful for a great BBQ.

Spacious and clean

This flat was perfect for our new years stay- clean, well equipped and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our 10 month old to tear around. The oven/cooktop was a little hard to cook a meal with, but the bbq was awesome. The location was excellent- a 5 min ealk to the beach, or a 5 min drive up to the bowentown beach which had surf life guards and a café at the camp ground.
