About this property

Cute quiet studio - near downtown- pool and spa

Quiet 700 sq. ft stand-alone studio located in the heart of the historic Houston Heights. Minutes from downtown and all that Houston has to offer. With wood floors, an abundance of natural light, full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Full kitchen with granite countertops and many essentials to stay in and cook. Desk and desk chair and wifi, perfect for getting some work done. Queen-sized bed, dinette with seating for two, couch, wardrobe, a chest of drawers offers plenty of storage, tv with antenna feel free to bring your own device to plug into the HDMI. There are two balconies that overlook the pool and hot tub. Treadmill, pool and spa are available to guests with 24 hour notice.
I live onsite with my dogs. They are friendly and are very happy to greet you! They are my family and do share the backyard with you. I do try to keep them polite and out of your way but they love guests. **IF you are terribly afraid of dogs or have an allergy or just don't like dogs this is not a good fit.**

We had an amazing stay! Our host Nora was very responsive and provided detailed responses. The check in and check out process was easy. The studio accommodated my wife and I lodging needs. I moved to Houston from Chicago in 1992. In 1995, I discovered the Heights and bought a house that is still my home. I've been fortunate to live in this amazing neighborhood and watch it evolve into one of Houston's gems. I've spent most of my time as a sales person and work out of my home. I live happily with my four-legged family.

Why they chose this property

I love the Heights. Its very eclectic, friendly and so convenient to all of Houston. I love the trees and how easy it is to enjoy our neighborhood. Its a great place when you see so many people walking, jogging, walking kids and dogs, it reminds me of the small town where I grew up.

What makes this property unique

One of the greatest benefits of the Heights is how easy it is to get to every corner of Houston. Its hard to imagine the quiet quaint neighborhood is surrounded by a major highway system and is only 7 minutes from downtown.
