3 Bedroom 3 Bath expanded Cottonwood floor plan with approx. 1700 sq. ft. Single-level end unit. Upgrades galore! This beautifully furnished and well-appointed home has all the finishing touches you will appreciate. Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded light fixtures. Both bathrooms have been remodeled as well with tiled walk-in showers. Large flat screen TV in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Wooden floors throughout with area rugs in both bedrooms. Nice high vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting and a fireplace and wet bar to enjoy! Wireless internet access is included. A sparkling pool and spa are within easy walking distance. Free WIFI License

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa, and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.

Loved the property…house was very nice and accommodated us nicely. It is a bit in need of repair…cabinets especially are outdated and falling apart. Needs an ironing board!! Cleanliness could be improved…there was dirt/mold in the first bedroom and fingernail clippings in the living room.

Great house and location

The house and property are great and it is difficult to find a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home with garage in this price range. So that alone makes this a fantastic place. The location is located close to Cook St which takes you directly into the heart of the action and getting around to all the areas is super easy from this location. The only draw back for this home is the current living room configuration. It really only provides comfortable TV viewing for 3 people. To some people, this may not be a huge issue, but after a long day of golfing and having fun, kicking back and watching golf, sports or a show is what vacation is about. This is something that should be easily resolved by the home owner and property manager and I shared my thoughts with them. Otherwise, this is a fantastic value for the money and we would stay their again.

Nice but needs some work

Pros: The property is clean and very comfortable. The property location is great. The management company is very responsive. The condo is spacious. The complex is beautiful and peaceful. Cons: multiple electric outlets do not function. The fire alarm spontaneously goes off with no provocation. The water heater in the garage leaks ( park your car accordingly) . The coffee pot leaks . The light switches do not control the lights one might think. The keys to the unit do not open the front door ( take care not to lock yourself out ). The living room tv constantly shuts off . The maintenance man said the issue is the cable box. The primary bedroom has no windows.

November Vacation

This was a 3 week vacation booked for friends part of time and then family. Booked the property because it accommodated 8 as we had family for the week of Thanksgiving. Condo dining table only seated 4. Also there were 3 high counter chairs. Made dinners difficult as there was not enough seating at either indoor or outdoor table (only 4). Dishes and glassware were inadequate for 8 people. Supplies for a 3 week stay were sparse. The 4th bedroom opened directly to the garage door which was awkward. The primary bedroom did not have a window for emergency exit purposes. We had several maintenance issues however the management company was very prompt in addressing them. The condo is dated and needs upgrading. The Palm Valley Country Club is beautiful and we like this location however would look for another unit next time.
