Brand new gated community. Designer furnishings and fully equipped with everything you will need. Backing on to a private pond, enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in Lanai with the peaceful waterviews. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate office with desk and printer/scanner, carpet free.

King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom oversized shower and two separate sinks. Top of the line Simmons Beautyrest king mattress to give you the best sleep experience. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed.

The den/office offers a separate lounging space with desk and colour printer.

Private screened in lanai with view of the pond accessed from the primary bedroom as well as the living area.

Pickle ball courts, gym, clubhouse and outdoor community swimming pool. 20 minutes from the beach. Located close to many excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, mineral hot springs, Mayaka River, close to award winning beaches like Bocca Grande, Venice Beach, Englewood beach, Siesta Keys...

This villa is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked and immaculately clean. This is a beautiful property, just as pictured. Everything is clean and new. Angie is a super host. Every text/call was answered immediately. Location is convenient to Port Charlotte, North Port and Englewood.
