King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom oversized shower and two separate sinks. Top of the line Simmons Beautyrest king mattress to give you the best sleep experience. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed.
The den/office offers a separate lounging space with desk and colour printer.
Private screened in lanai with view of the pond accessed from the primary bedroom as well as the living area.
Pickle ball courts, gym, clubhouse and outdoor community swimming pool. 20 minutes from the beach. Located close to many excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, mineral hot springs, Mayaka River, close to award winning beaches like Bocca Grande, Venice Beach, Englewood beach, Siesta Keys...

This is our dream come true. We recently purchased this brand new home so that we can escape from our daily routines from time-to-time, and spend some fun in the sun with our family. It is our happy place. We have furnished it with comfortable quality furnishings and enjoy spending as much time here as possible...but working full time doesn't allow us to be here as much as we would have liked.
