Minutes from Charlotte Harbor, Boca Grande, Manasota Key, and Englewood Beach, this home is the perfect base for relaxing after days on the water or at the beach. Comfortable, calm, and ideally located for your Southwest Florida getaway Newly constructed home finished in November of 2025, tastefully decorated with all new furnishings.
Your space will include full access to this beautiful home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, office, oversized 2 car garage with screened lanai and heated pool.
Great Room
Spacious great room overlooking heated pool with large pocketing sliding glass door, bringing the outside in. Furnished with a comfortable sectional, floor lamps for reading, club chair, and 75” Roku Smart TV.
Dining Room
Overlooks the pool and open to the kitchen, complete with a large table, and six chairs for dining.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully outfitted to satisfy your every need during your stay. It overlooks the great room and features a large island complete with four stools, a walk-in pantry, and brand new appliances.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is equipped with a brand new GE Profile full size washer and dryer, as well as a hanging/drying rack.
Office
The office is located just off the great room and is furnished with a full-size desk with rolling chair and a pullout sofa bed complete with extra linens.
Master Suite
The master suite features a large master bath complete with two separate vanities, walk-in shower with stationary and handheld shower heads, grab bar, full height mirror, and large linen closet. The master bedroom features two large walk-in closets, a Nectar memory foam king size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps with built in chargers, large dresser, oversized swivel chair, and 65 inch Roku smart TV. The master suite has its own sliding glass door with access to the lanai and pool deck.
Guest Bedrooms
This home features two large guest bedrooms. Both rooms feature a Nectar memory foam queen size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with charging lamp, side chair and a 50 inch Roku Smart TV.
Guest/Pool Bath
The guest/pool bath features a large vanity, a tub shower with stationary and handheld shower head. The tub is outfitted with 2 grab bars for extra safety. This bathroom has convenient access to the two guest bedrooms and great room area as well as access to the pool through a french door opening onto lanai.
Lanai and Pool
This home features a covered lanai and large heated pool with screen enclosed paver deck. Furnished with swivel rockers and a center table and sun loungers. The pool overlooks the very private backyard.
Oversized 2 Car Garage
You will have full access to the two car garage during your stay. The garage is oversized with a side door to the outside and entry to the house through the laundry room.
