Love this stay

This was hands down the BEST experience we have had with a temporary stay. Michelle was fabulous and accommodating for my family and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with small touches. Also very quick walk to the beach.

Excellent return stay

Our second year staying a week at Molly's place - continue to love the proximity to the pool, and beach for our young family and such a thoughtfully well equipped condo. She has a perfectly appointed kitchen, and has thought of everything for a young family - pack n play, beach toys including buggy, boogie boards, water wings and life jacket and even offered us a high chair on arrival.

Needed clarity on location of washer and dryer and standard things like soap, toilet paper and washcloths and hand towels were low in stock. Otherwise, very clean and great to have all the beach necessities.

The photograph of the balcony shows it to be clear of any clutter, but this really wasn't the case, it's piled up with the families personal things and wasn't a pleasant place to sit out. Both the bedrooms had wardrobes that were crammed full of duvets, pillows and personal belongings thus leaving very little space for us to hang any of our clothes. We enjoyed the complex but definitely would not stay in this particular unit again.

Everything in the home is intended for guest use, including the items on the balcony and in the closets, such as beach gear, extra bedding, a steamer, and a pack 'n play. While some of the storage areas do contain these amenities, we also provide a six-drawer dresser, a closet with hangers in the main bedroom, and multiple luggage stands to help guests stay organized. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the space."

Wonderfully Relaxing Stay

This was the most comfortable condos in the Midnight Cove II complex! From the furnishings, to the well-stocked supplies, the beach gear and even the delicious key lime pie, it was such a welcoming place. Molly has great taste and you can cal tell much thought was given to make this place a vacation haven. I hope to go back again. This unit is farther back in the complex (so a longer walk to the beach) but the view from the lanai overlooking the canal is really sweet. And the short distance to the pool was great. Loved the stay!❤️

Great Time!

This 2 bedroom condo was very nicely decorated with all the accessories. Close to the pool, tennis courts and BBQ area. No need to bring anything as this condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, coolers, fishing pools, skateboards etc. Molly was awesome! Very easy check in instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

We loved our visit. The condo was exactly as pictured— beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood is terrific, and we played basketball and pickleball every day. It was very quiet and a perfect place to come back to and relax after a day on the beach. The location is terrific- a quick trolley to the village and 20 min from Sarasota. It quickly became a home away from home and we hope to be back! Thanks, Molly!!! And an added bonus- the key lime pie was delocoous!! We were sad to leave.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week in Siesta and our property we booked was a big part of it! It was in a great location- close to restaurants so we could walk. Also, easy beach access right across the street. Molly, the owner provided everything you would need for your stay as well. Cart to carry all of the chairs, towels, umbrellas to the beach. Even sunscreen and aloe! She was readily available via text to answer any questions I had too. I would book again!

Wonderful family friendly condo - very thoughtful touches!

This is a beautifully decorated and stocked unit that was perfect for our family of four (two young children) visiting with grandparents and other family in the area. Molly was so responsive and thoughtful in preparing for us and throughout our stay - she left out small, thoughtful gifts for each of our children, stocked pool/beach toys and equipment appropriate to them, and we loved the wonderful Key Lime pie as well! We loved the large dining table in the outdoor living space and the very comfortable couches and beds as well as the well stocked/organized kitchen - everything you can possibly need for a wonderful week at the beach/pool. Great pool just outside next building that was warm, with lots of shallow area for young children.

Perfect spot!

My family of 5 stayed here for the week. We used every inch of that place! It was clean and the owner provided every amenity you could think of- shampoo, soap, extra towels and blankets, coffee, creamer, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, even a cart to haul it all to the beach! The sweetest touch was the key lime pie in the fridge waiting for our arrival. The manager, Molly, was readily available with any questions I had during our stay. Located across the street from the beach but an easy access path is right out your door. The pool was along the path with plenty of seats. I love the location of the condo-walkable to so many restaurants so we never needed a car. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property!

The location of the property was excellent. I enjoyed the property, it had a nice walking trial and a beautiful outlook of the intercostal. The unit itself was good but came with some issues. When I arrived every room had a light bulb burnt out and the garbage disposal had a smell coming from it and wasn’t functional. I brought these issues to the host attention and they sent a handy man the next day to remediate. The unit was also not the cleanest upon my arrival. Doors had fingerprints and quite a bit of grin on them, I could see food on utensils that were used by the previous renters, furniture had stains on them, and I could see where the cleaning staff failed to sweep. Overall a good experience, I just wish the property was and felt cleaner upon my arrival.
