Great location, plenty of free parking,

We enjoyed our long stay. We were traveling with 2 small children and although Evolve told me they had baby equipment at the property, there aren’t any provided. The host made it right however and they did end up bringing by a highchair and pack n play so that was fantastic. The home had many items we found useful. Cozy home, quiet and we felt safe and the location was close to everything!

Myrtle Beach

Overall the property was nice and the location was great. We did end up needing to buy towels (they only provide 4), there were not enough blankets to sleep 7, they had extra pillows but no cases, and was missing a set of sheets for the trundle bed. We texted the owner at the number provided, but never received a response back.

Unfortunately my first impression wasn’t ass great as everyone else’s. The property was not cleaned when we first arrived and the host had to come later to clean. Not sure if everything was really cleaned the linens that were in the floor when we arrived were thrown back on the beds and we had to fold out our wash clothes and towels out of the dryer. The host was responsive and kept communication open but I was very disappointed that this was my experience and the host was very lackadaisic about it wasn’t apologetic but did rectify the issue I guess. Moving forward hopefully they can make sure it’s clean for the next guest before they arrive

The beauty of disappointment.

Upon arriving to the location, it was absolutely beautiful. When we walked in the door of unit it was absolutely stunning. Exactly how the pictures looked. It was very spacious with great lighting and beautiful view of the water. It was conveniently located near the pool and very quiet. The master bedroom was nice and clean but the bed made lots of noise. The master bath was also clean there were double sinks but one of them may have been clogged because it took the water a while to drain out so we didn't use that side. The spare bedroom was clean but the beds were not usable at all. It was a bunk bed {twin/full with a trundle). The planks underneath the twin bed were not sturdy and you can see them bending. The planks underneath the full bed keep falling off. We did not want anyone to sleep on them in fear of them breaking which was a big inconvenience. The living room was very pretty however it was not properly cleaned. There were cookies and candy underneath the living room table. I would not mind staying here again if repairs/adjustments are made.  We enjoyed the beach very much as it was conveniently located near the unit.
