Located right off the Orient Chair. Ski from your door step, both downhill and cross country. Private back yard space with lawn and green space. Well kept, comfortable and clean.

For the bikers out there, secure, locked storage for 2-3 bikes outside, and a gentle coast to the lifts. Located directly across from the xc bike network.

Minutes from the heart of the village this property is quiet, with beautiful views and easy to access.

Come park your car, and ski or bike right from your door. We love our spot and hope you do too!

We’ve only just started renting our condo out, hence no reviews on here. Any questions don’t be shy!

The location was great for ski in & ski out. The condo was well equipped for our needs. We were however very disappointed with the bunk beds as the top bunk did not have safety rails on two sides that were exposed leaving a very strong chance of a child falling from the bunk.

Great location to ski in/ out. It was really nice to have a hot tub at the end of our ski days. Our hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. We had a fantastic stay!

The location couldn't be better. 2 Minutes out the door and you're skiing down to the Oriental chair. Great hot tub and suite. Really enjoyed our stay.

We like location, close to Ski and Sledging area and swalking distance to village, size of house.

We are happy with communication with owner and facility, we had everything we needed for 3 nights stay and enjoy Skiing and Snowboarding, that was close by. We hope to come again next winter.

Family holiday

Our family of 5 (3 young adults & parents) had a fabulous stay here. Ski in/out was great - we loved the trails off Morrissey chair. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/pans - we cooked for the 5 day trip & found everything we needed. Hot tub great & an easy walk to the skating & village.

One of the best

Have stayed in a few properties in SP over the years and I have to say, this is one of the best. Great Ski In and a simple walk across the road to go to either the Morrisey or Orient chairs. Will definitely be booking this again. Only one downside - no toaster

Cozy stay

This rental home was exactly what we needed while staying in Sun Peaks for mountain biking. Very cozy and had everything at the ready. Great communication with the owners for any questions we had. Easy to walk or bike into the shops for shopping or to get a coffee in the morning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway

This property is in a great location! Close to the Morrissey and Orient chairs! Lovely hot tub to enjoy after a day of skiing! The owners are very responsive and communication with them was very easy!

Comfortable and very pet friendly ski in/ski out

Being on the first floor and right next to a lift was great! First floor was nice for having dogs too. The space is neat and comfortable, and the mattresses were a nice surprise- they’re on the firm side, which I love. The hot tub is big enough that the 5 of us were able to be in together with plenty of space, and it overlooks the slopes, so the view is nice. We had everything we needed and would happily stay again!

Great stay

We had a wonderfunl time at this appartment for the on family day weekend. The location is away from the village but totally ski in and out with easy access to Orient or morrissey chairlifts. Condo was well organized, clean and well furnished. It is situated on the ground floor with a (limited) view to trees but away from the road or the parking lot. Communication with the owners was great and they found was to accomodate our needs. I fully recommend this place for a stay at Sunpeaks!

Perfect size of condo for our family

Close to the sledding hill, perfect for ski in and ski out to the Orient chair. Nice walk to the Village and rink. In and amongst the trees and great hot tub! Quiet community but still close to the bustle of the Village. Our family of 5 loved this place and had the grandparents over for part of a day and had plenty of room. Great communication from the owners, they were quick to reply and super friendly.

Good little stay

Our stay was good, everything was accessible and the town of sunpeaks was great. Our only issue was the garbage rule, you must remove and take your trash to the transfer station or you are charged. Which is fine - if you can find the transfer station & if it’s open (it’s not on Mondays) also the additional info page that’s supposed to have this info in the binder was missing. Otherwise it’s great but plan carefully as parking if more than 1 vehicle can be hard to access.
