It's the quintessential place to stay in Hobart! Stylish, contemporary, quiet and newly refurbished with all self-contained requirements. The view from the address look over the entire city and the River Derwent, it's absolutely amazing.
At the foothills of Mt Knocklofty were Mtb riding, bushwalking, wildlife but also within walking distance of Hobart town 2 kms. Beautiful views with kangaroos on our lawn, spacious modern accommodation in a safe suburb.

Thought we were scammed

I turned up and there was no booking. Owner said they hadn't let for a year and they had never heard of "Bookabach". We had to go and find other accommodation at a very busy and expensive time of year in Hobart.We paid months ago. We did get a refund after a few days. Very odd, very unsettling as thought we wouldn't.

Small space but convenient

Host was easy to communicate with and room was clean with a heater to keep warm. Quite a small space but nothing that isn’t advertised! DO NOT underestimate the walk—2km of steep incline is no joke, but Ubers are very affordable due to its close proximity to Hobart City. Thank you Jenny for a comfortable stay!

The property was comfortable & clean & had everything you'd need, although, I wouldn't like to walk anywhere because it's on a steep hill. Overall, our stay was really nice & our hosts were very pleasant & helpful..

Small, well equipped, up in the hills but convenient.

The small studio is located up in the West Hills. A short uphill walk leads to the Knocklofty Reserve which is well suited to an evening amble. It is possible to walk downhill into Hobart central however unless you are fit I’d suggest spending the small sum for an Uber or taxi home. A market is conveniently nearby by car. The hosts are an interesting couple and responsive to requests.
