Location and security was wonderful.Carpet needs to be cleaned. Hot water in bathroom needs attention.Blockout curtains on main bedroom to block out street light.Petition on balcony to block out neighbor’s cigarette smoke and bbq, when used, aroma.

Great position

Protected river pool to have a swim and the Cafe opposite was fabulous, great food and staff were great. Some minor maintenance issues but I am sure they will be fixed.

Amazing view, relaxing week!

Directly across from Wallis lake, the unit offers spectacular views. We spent ages sitting out on the small balcony just enjoying the location. The unit is basic but everything works. The kitchen is old school but there was nothing we missed. The washer and dryer work well. The master bedroom was musty and a little unpleasant despite airing it out a lot . The second room has 2 singles, suitable for kids and teens. Both rooms had big built in’s with mirror doors. No wifi but reception on Telstra and Optus were both ok. Large TV is great and there is also a small sound system (no bluetooth). Parking is at the rear, accessible via short lane. There is one code for the gate and to get into units, it will be on the key. The parking space for the unit is a garage with a door, great for security but it’s pretty small, our Rav4 fit ok but only the driver could squeeze out. Bit of a leek in the shower to the bathroom floor. Dining/lounge area was great, lounge is comfy. We enjoyed our stay. The view is killer and Forster/Tuncurry was beautiful and chill.

Reviewer Comments: My son and I had an awesome time at Lakeshore Lodge.The agent we dealt with to book the stay went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with arrangements prior to our stay, was easy to deal with and more then accommodating.We actually had a household appliance replaced by the owner (vac) in the first couple of days of our and they were very good to arrange a time convenient to us for this to be taken care of. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! and I spent a fair amount of time drifting away with the scenery of the lake right at our doorstep. The other occupants of the unit were great people and always friendly. The location of the apartment is super, being you are in walking distance to town and a few steps away from the lake. We really enjoyed the baths across the road. We did so many fun things whilst we were there and would be happy to come again. The unit itself is fantastic and will definitely be visiting a again soon. The secure garage parking was helpful being we bought our bikes to ride around and could lock them up of a night. Thank you WISEBERRY for an awesome stay and thanks to the owners for letting us enjoy and share your little spot of heaven! :-)

Great Location, close to everything in Forster

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lakeshore Lodge is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and local hotel. You are across the road from Little St baths, a good cafe were you can grab breakfast or lunch and the boatsheds were you can hire kayaks.The property is on the ground floor and very close to the street so was a little noisy. There is no air conditioning or ceiling fans, however a small fan was provided. Overall the property was good, it is on the older side and the bathroom could be better (shower leaked ) but we did enjoy our stay here
