This spacious townhouse is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

All the amenities were built in 2015 which includes the beautiful pool, water slides, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, business center, convenient store, etc...Daily children activities are also available for free.

This luxury 4 Bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:

New Beds and New Living room furniture;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (crib/playpen and stroller);

Perfect getaway for a bachelorette!

This was an amazing place to stay with amenities that makes a trip enjoyable without even leaving the property. There is a amazing food nearby and it is just a short trip to Universal Studios/Orlando. We loved the cleanliness of this townhome and the clubhouse pool!

Excellent Stay for Disney!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, Mary and her husband were so incredibly helpful and tentative while we were there, it is so close to Disney and Old Town, the condo also had wonderful amenities, pool, a restaurant and bar, a gym, it was amazing.

Lots of good info from the host, the place was nice and clean, perfect for our vacation. Only problem was washer - bad problem, didn’t finish spin cycle and had to run dryer until water was out of clothes and they finally dried. No response from owner about washer issues.

Thank you for posting a review and your comments. First of all, I just want to point out that I never received any messages or phone call from this guest during her stay. After I saw the review, I sent an appliance repairman over to check out the washer (one year old washer) and was told that there is no issue with the washer. He did mention that too watery clothes may be caused by overloading or putting the clothes unevenly in the machine. As you can see from my previous reviews that I am a responsible person and I promptly respond 100% of my guest's emails or text messages.

Spring Break Vaca

This condo was a great place to stay for a Spring Break vacation for my family of 7. My parents were able to have their privacy with the bedroom downstairs while the rest of us were upstairs. The pool was amazing! It was also super close to all the attractions we were going to. The condo itself was clean and the host was very kind and organized! I would highly recommend.

House was perfect for us, clean, good size, great location for Disney and the pool resort pool area was lovely. Lots of communication from the host prior to arrival with loads of helpful information. House is a little dated but I think that's true of lots of rental properties in Orlando. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice property, exactly what we were looking for. Accessible to I-4 and 192. While we were not looking for a resort type stay (we technically were no on vacation), the property had amenities that allowed us to relax a little.The only caveat was the AC control. It was particularly hot during our stay and we could not lower the setting of the AC to a comfortable temperature. So we made due with the fans. Other than that, an excellent stay and we would be staying in the same property again given the opportunity.
