Welcome to Dreams So Real! Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this beachfront home offers stunning views from both covered decks. Located in the exclusive gated community of the Plantation, Dreams So Real has access to the Plantation amenities such as tennis courts, pickle ball court, fitness center, bicycle path, walking/nature paths, two community pools, and access to Bob Sykes Cut. The first floor serves as your sleeping quarters. The master suite is located on the west side featuring a king bed, daybed and trundle, direct access to the 1st floor covered deck, views of the Gulf of Mexico, TV, en-suite master bathroom with large soaking tub, stand up shower, and his and hers vanities. Located on the east side of the home you will find the remaining two bedrooms. The queen bedroom features direct access to the 1st floor covered deck, views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a TV. The twin bedroom features two twin beds, TV, and doorway access to the 1st floor covered deck. The queen bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom that features a stand up shower. The second floor is one large open space made up of the common areas of the home, boasting five sliding glass doors leading to the 2nd floor covered deck resulting in stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area offers a large sectional, multiple chairs, and TV. Directly off of the living area is the half bath. The dining table comfortably seats ten. The kitchen is well stocked and features a mix of white and stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, white upper cabinets, blue lower cabinets, and a pantry. The exterior of Dreams So Real offers covered parking, an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, and private boardwalk that leads to the beach.
