Nice place to stay in Gerardmer

We loved our stay in this appartment. It's a nice and clean appartment with everything you need. The location is very good near the lake, and close to the centre of Gerardmer. Everything in walking distance.

Pour notre deuxiĂšme sĂ©jour dans la location nous y sommes toujours aussi bien installĂ©. La location est trĂšs bien situĂ©, propre et fonctionnel. Parmi les 3 adultes occupant le logement une personne en fauteuil roulant Ă©lectrique y sĂ©journait et elle a pu se dĂ©placer facilement aussi bien Ă  l’intĂ©rieur qu’à l’extĂ©rieur. BĂątiment Ă©quipĂ© d’un ascenseur, place de stationnement PMR trĂšs bien situĂ© le box privatif en sous-sol et fermĂ© Ă  clĂ© permet de se garer en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour et nous y reviendrons trĂšs certainement.

Magnifique appartement propre avec toutes les commoditĂ©s et trĂšs bien placĂ© prĂšs du lac et du centre-ville . En plus c’était calme . Super accueil par le Monsieur de la conciergerie et des habitants de l’immeuble. Nous avons passĂ© des moments inoubliables avec ma maman de 88 ans handicapĂ©e. En plus nous avons du trĂšs beau temps toute la semaine avec un trĂšs beau feu d’artifice le 14 aoĂ»t. Merci . Je recommande.

Die Wohnung ist auch fĂŒr Ă€ltere Urlauber sehr gut geeignet. Fahrstuhl im Haus von der Tiefgarage direkt zum passenden Stockwerk. Tiefgarage mit jeweils eigener Garage mit Schwingtor.Das Haus hat einen sehr guten LĂ€rmschutz, absolut ruhig!!! Auf dem großen Balkon sitzt man gemĂŒtlich. Am schönen Lac de GĂ©rardmer, in der FußgĂ€ngerzone und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man in wenigen Gehminuten. Viele gemĂŒtliche Lokale. ErwĂ€hnenswert sind die Anzahl der Sitzgelegenheiten und die Sauberkeit der Stadt.Bei der Ankunft mussten wir leider etwas lĂ€nger auf Mr. Benjamin warten. Da er nur französisch spricht hatten wir am Telefon Kommunikationsprobleme. TIPP: SMS schreiben und Name des Vermieters erwĂ€hnen. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sehr freundlich und kompetent. Danke!!!!Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi appartement met veel faciliteiten

Een mooi nieuw appartement en aan veel is gedacht, van een broodrooster tot en met 2 sleetjes in de garage. Jammer was dat degene bij wie je kunt inchecken alleen Frans spreekt terwijl op de website wat anders gecommuniceerd staat. Deze meneer nam eerst de telefoon niet op en kwam vervolgens veel later dan beloofd, waardoor wij niet konden inchecken op het afgesproken tijdstip. Verder hebben wij het erg naar ons zin gehad!

TrĂšs belle location

Location trÚs confortable avec de beaux volume de rangement. Tout est optimisé pour le confort des locataires, il ne manque rien, appareils de cuisines, livres et cartes, les TV et la barre de son, le balcon et l'agencement général. Nous avons loué souvent, là c'est le top. Bravo !
