A home away from home! Newly built cozy 1-bedroom basement with private entrance that comes with a smart keypad lock. It's located on a quiet residential street just 3 minutes from the University of Manitoba, 2 minutes from the shopping complex, 21 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from downtown. This fabulous basement suite has queen beds in each of the rooms, a washer, and dryer, a beautiful kitchen, and a fantastic spacious living area with a smart TV with Netflix. Parking space on the street.

False listing

Vrbo wouldn't let me post my original review cause it was too negative I suppose, so I'll try again. Listing is false. It's not a basement suite, its a basement within a home that is all being rented out with shared common areas and shared bathroom. Not at all what is listed here. I booked this to be a landing spot while moving from the US so I could keep the things I brought with me in my car until my new apartment was ready but couldn't use it for that because I can't trust something that is unexpectedly not private at all. Add in how this place was on the complete opposite side of the city from anything I would need to go to and I lost a grand on this for literally nothing and so far all I've gotten is Vrbo's terrible support, so thanks.
