Surf Beach House is a stunning two-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite features sweeping ocean views, two balconies, a walk-in-robe and king-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms feature two singles that can be made into King beds on request at the time of booking at an additional charge of $50, and the fourth bedroom features a king-sized bed and built-in-wardrobes. A lounge and TV room complete the second level comfortably fitting multiple families.

There is a spacious gourmet kitchen with electric cooktop, Miele ovens, and espresso coffee machine. Enjoy spending time cooking together using the built-in BBQ, roasting marshmallows on the firepit, or just enjoying the view. This beachside home offers a truly serene getaway.

Guest Registration / ID Check: Coast and Country Holidays requires guests to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guest's names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure.

On the day of key collection, a security deposit of AUD 3,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure.

Peak Season:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is Friday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.

This property has external cameras located at the back of the property. It only looks at the stairs leading to the rocks with no view of the grass backyard. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. The video footage is recorded for your protection and that of the property in case of a break-in or other malicious act.
