Absolutely stunning home and location. You are steps away from the ocean. The boardwalk is amazing from the home. The beds are very comfortable. Would definitely return.

Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have 3 college age kids and wanted to get to the beach for several days before they all go back to college. We were all very comfortable in the bedrooms and that gorgeous ocean view never gets old. The location was perfect! My sister and her husband live near downtown Fernandina and it was very easy for us to make our back and forth to their house. We will be back!

Great spot!!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was myself, my husband and 3 kids (ages 7-11.) it was a great location to explore Amelia Island. We especially loved visiting Boneyard Beach and shark tooth hunting at Fort Clinch which was very close by. Plenty of restaurants and the beach access and view can’t be beat! Highly recommend.

Amazing Condo!

Everything was fantastic! Will definitely come back again. Great views, location, and Super clean. I wouldn't change anything about this property! Also, staff was great and quickly responded when there were minor issues with the thermostat. .

Beautiful property and lovely view

The property is just as lovely in person as in the photos! It was comfortable and conveniently located right on the beach and within an easy walk to the local park with restaurants and mini golf. We had a snafu with the check-in process but it was resolved through the after-hours answering service and property manager. We were pleased to find beach towels in the closet and a small elevator for taking our luggage up and down! We would definitely rent this property again!

Very nice house and location

Beautiful house in a great location to the beach and local amenities. The only challenge was that we were not provided with the code to enter the actual house. We sorted it out, but management should be sure to include that in the information the include to renters. thx

Nice Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The location on the beach can’t be beat. The only issue we had was the appliances didn’t work great. We rented this property for Thanksgiving and the oven does not cook to the correct temp and it took way longer to cook than usual. It seemed that only half the oven worked and the cooktop was complicated and not easy to use. Everything else was great!

We had a great time. It was for my granddaughters graduation. we had a great time together as grandmother , daughter and siblings. I got a call saying the remote was missing. we search our things when we got home. it was not to be found. I hope you found it in the condo.

Luxury, luxury, luxury!

Just bring your toothbrush! This is the most well appointed property we have stayed in. Property is brand new and has absolutely everything you need. Just show up and enjoy the beauty this property has to offer inside and out. Living area completely opens to a huge porch with stunning views of the ocean. Bedrooms have amazing linens and sleep number beds. Beach gear, including a shimbui , and ice machine to fill coolers. The owners have thought of everything! Great location on Amelia. Close to downtown and an easy walk to The Sandbar for lunch or dinner. Memorable trip with long time friends! We will be back!
