Ocean Place está situado en la hermosa isla de Amelia, que cuenta con algunas de las más bellas playas y campos de golf en la Florida. Ocean Place en la playa El verano es una de las más bellas propiedades de la isla y se encuentra en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Summer Beach Resort justo al lado de la famosa Ritz Carlton Amelia Island Hotel and Spa. Esta hermosa dos dormitorios, dos baños, condominio 5to piso está situado directamente en la playa y ofrece unas vistas espectaculares y amaneceres increíbles. Este condominio recientemente tuvo una renovación total. Nuestro condominio realmente se siente como un segundo hogar en lugar de "condominio de alquiler ', porque queremos que nuestro huésped se sienta como si estuvieran en casa. Dormir con las puertas abiertas y escuchar las olas rompiendo y ver la luna desde su cama. Entonces surgen de la mañana hasta el amanecer más hermoso sobre el Océano Atlántico. The property has great potential. I’m guessing it had just finished a busy summer season as we found it in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Broken shutters, broken door to the master bathroom, stained bathmats and bedding were all things we were not expecting based on the listing and the price. No one wants to begin their vacation taking photos to send to the owner so that they know you didn’t do the damage. The host was easy to reach and unaware of the condo’s problems.

We’ve stayed at this unit a number of times and it’s always a treat. There really isn’t a better location and being on the 5 th floor provides great views of sunrise and the beach. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this beachfront condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. The condo had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! The best part was being just steps away from the sand. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning. Sunsets were magical, and the location made it easy to explore local restaurants and shops.The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

Another great trip…even with a hurricane

I think this is our third visit to this property. Feels like home with a great view of the ocean. Quaint shops nearby with wonderful restaurants. Enjoyable vacation even tho interrupted by Hurricane Helene. Still never felt unsafe (building is well built with very sturdy hurricane doors/windows). The host is very responsive on times we had questions. Very enjoyable trip.

Great Place to Stay

This unit was more than I had expected. It was very clean and cozy. There was plenty of room for 3 grown ladies to spend the week without feeling crowded. The balcony was our favorite place when we were not at the beach. The beach was easily accessible. The kitchen was stocked with more dishes, pots and pans than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in before. I would definitely think of staying here age.

The condo was beautiful & everything & more than we could have dreamed of, with a spectacular view. Couldn’t have asked for it to be more perfect for our vacation. We will be returning next year for sure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place should definitely stay here.

Amazing Stay On Amelia Island

Absolutely fantastic property! The condo was immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. When we initially walked in, it felt like home. The easy access to the beach and incredible sunrises from the balcony made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect quiet vacation spot!

This unit is a one of a kind. It is updated, clean, and well cared for. We had excellent communication with the owner throughout the entire booking process all the way until checkout. Quiet beach location, not over crowded like some beaches, which is perfect for nice getaway. Great location to grocery, shopping, and local eats! This place checked all of our boxes so we will definitely be staying again!

We will be back!!

The condo feels like home. It is well appointed in a very nice area on the island. We listened to the waves as a lullaby, enjoyed cocktails on the balcony and a beautiful sunrise every morning. Every morning started with a beach walk. Our host was amazing and available. We cooked in the kitchen some nights and everything we needed at our fingertips. There is a very nice grocery store close by. The bedrooms are beautiful with comfy beds and lovely linens. Thank you, we will see you again soon!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!

Go ahead and book this property, that's all I need to say. Everything was absolutely spectacular from the property itself, to the location, the furnishings, but most of all the communication. I have stayed a plenty of properties and been satisfied but this takes it to another level. After 1 day of being back at home we were all day dreaming about going back to Amelia Island. Needless to say, we will definitely be back.

Exceptional experience!

I’ve rented from VRBO in the past but this is the first time I’ve left an exceptional review. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful with our entire stay - from entering the condo to finding places to celebrate Christmas Eve our host was warmly responsive and knowledgeable with every detail. The condo was exactly what our family wanted - cozy, clean, comfortable with a fantastic view of the beach. We walked the beach, visited downtown Amelia Island, took a day trip to St. Augustine and enjoyed beautiful Florida! Thanks Jan for everything - you and Amelia Island are a treasure!

Fell in love with Amelia Island

The entire experience was wonderful. The condo was perfect and everything went smooth. We had a nice welcome from the owners and Jan gave us a great kick off for restaurants and things to do. The owners want to share their great experience and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Fun Georgia/Florida Game Weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay for the Georgia/Florida game weekend with our son and his fiancee. The unit was very nice and in good condition. Love the large master bathroom, large closets, full size washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated that the owner checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We look forward to a return visit!

My husband's family has been vacationing on Amelia Island for about 40 years. After we got married and had children we began bringing our own family here on vacation. My children never wanted to go anywhere else. For several years we spent the entire month of July here. Our family's most treasured memories are of this Island. We decided that we wanted to own our own little piece of Heaven on Amelia Island, so we began looking around and finally settled on Ocean Place. We now have three grown boys, ages 25, 23, and 20 and they still love going to Amelia Island to vacation, even after all of these years. There really is something for all ages to enjoy. We hope that you will love our home away from home as much as we do and we look forward to sharing it with you.

We absolutely loved the location next to the Ritz because we have three boys, who all love to golf and the golf course is located right next door. We love the bike/walking paths located throughout Summer Beach where our children like to ride their bikes and skateboards. There is always someone available for the children to play with, however, the beaches are not crowded at all.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our unit is located on the fifth floor in the middle of the building which offers complete unobstructed views of the ocean in all directions for as far as the eye can see. There are two pools at Ocean Place to enjoy so you don't feel as though you have to fight for a spot at the pool. The condominium community is gated which gives us peace of mind about our security. We have free WI-FI service so you can connect to the outside world IF YOU CHOOSE TO, three 46' HDTV televisions with cable and DVR service, with 300 channels included, and free long distance phone service to anywhere in the USA and Canada.
