The third main suite, also with a private bath and double sinks, offers scenic views of the Gulf while two separate bunk rooms, each with its own bathroom, round out the sleeping arrangements on the first floor. The second floor features a gorgeous, open living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and sweeping views of the gulf through multiple French doors. The living room boasts plenty of comfortable contemporary seating with a flat screen TV and an ambient gas fireplace. You will also find one beautiful main bedroom with a flat screen TV and a spacious private bathroom with a freestanding tub. A half bathroom on the second floor is also conveniently located for guests. The chef will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two under-counter microwaves, a separate ice maker, coffee makers with multi-cup and K-cup options (all with reusable filters), and gorgeous granite counters for preparing those impeccable coastal feasts. Family and friends can gather for dinner at the impressive dining table for 12, or step onto the large covered deck to enjoy alfresco meals or a late-night card game. The exterior of this home offers a ground floor, covered entry with under-house concrete parking. Whether you are unpacking gear for your holiday or rolling carts to the beach for the day, the convenient elevator makes it a breeze while the ramps of the private boardwalk mean there are no steps to impede your approach to the secluded white sandy beach. Relax in the private swimming pool (heated for a fee) with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. A stainless steel fish cleaning area and a charcoal grill are provided for prepping your fresh catch.
