In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and spectacular deck views of the 11th hole on the Turtle Point Golf Course. Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, ample living and entertainment spaces, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. Each area of the first floor fully captures the unparalleled views that Kiawah Island has to offer. In the main living area, you will find upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, additional seating for dining, and double sliding glass doors that provide access to the deck, pool, and spa. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space to entertain and prepare your vacation meals. The kitchen also opens to a writing desk, additional seating for dining, and access to the gorgeous deck. The upscale formal dining room also offers seating for 8 and overlooks stunning views of the lagoon and golf course.

The home’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the back deck, and impeccable golf and lagoon views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers ample natural light, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate bathtub.

The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed, sliding doors with access to the deck, and its own private bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

The third bedroom offers a king sized bed, a TV, golf and lagoon views, and sliding doors with access to the deck. The third bathroom is located just down the hall and features ample counter space and a shower-tub combination.

The fourth bedroom is a finished room over the garage offering 2 twin-sized beds and a TV. The fifth bedroom also offers a finished room over the garage with a king-sized bed and a TV. Both bedrooms have access to a full bathroom just across the hall with a shower-tub combination.

The beautiful back deck invites you to sit back and unwind. Go for a swim, soak in the spa, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless! Enjoy dining on the deck with a table and chairs that seat 6. Lounge chairs also allow guests to relax and sunbathe.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 12' W by 20' L. The pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
