Why they chose this property

By the time we found the perfect land to build Clifftop and open the doors in 2016 it was too late¿it had already been sold! But that didn¿t stop my wife Mani. We¿d made an offer but never heard back, so she called the vendor and asked why they wouldn¿t be interested in a better offer. It turns out our offer had been lost in the woodwork and we were stunned when the vendor put 209 Main Road back on the market to canvas new offers and sold it to us. Yippee! It truly was an amazing ending to 12 months of searching for the perfect real estate.

The Daylesford and Hepburn Springs area is such a truly amazing area. Its just a stone¿s throw from Melbourne and is such a vibrant town with quirky shops, wineries, markets and an incredibly well know food scene that has attracted global accolades. And let¿s not forget that its was voted the World¿s 4th most welcoming town and one of the world¿s top wellbeing destinations.
