Great location in the heart of Burleigh Heads. Out the front door and into James Street, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. A bus stop on the corner to take you into Surfers Paradise or the Theme Parks. Short stroll to to some of Burleigh Heads best spots, patrolled beaches, headland walks, large parkland with walks, BBQ's. Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with ocean glimpses from balcony.

Linen

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

We can organise linen hire, the linen pack will be delivered to the property for your arrival and collected on departure. Also available for hire cots, baby needs and beach towels.

Please note on your booking if you require linen hire or contact our office with your requirements.

No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:



▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours

▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours

▪️ General construction activity near some properties



While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.



We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.

Fantastic Location

Brilliant location, close to everything in Burleigh, easy check in with Burleigh Letting Co, would definitely re-book this apartment again.

The apartment ws meant to have wifi, it was non existent for my entire stay. I immediately emailed Burleigh Letting about this and am still yet to receive a reply. The body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty, I only found some replacements a day later in the bottom of a cupboard. When I clicked onto the link to my apartment it showed a 2 bedroom, which is what I was after. I ended up with a 1 bedroom. Just the lack of any response from the Letting company has left a sour taste. I doubt that I'd ever book with them again.

Good location for beach. Property was very average and tired looking. Had to wash all crockery etc prior to use as it was dirty, dishwasher didn’t clean properly. The pool was filthy. Had no WiFi for five days even though I kept asking to have it reset.
