Alpine Escape - Elevated Views with Spa

Equipped with a pool table, outdoor seating and spa pool there are options to entertain all ages. This Alpine Escape is the perfect base for your Queenstown stay no matter the size of your group.

This home is set over two levels with the living, dining, two bathrooms, and 2 queen bedrooms on the entry level. Upstairs you`ll find two queen bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wall heater so you`ll be nice and warm during Winter.

There is plenty of parking outside the home. Please note, the driveway to the home is very steep and we recommend a 4WD during the Winter months.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use.

As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
