The Space:

Downstairs primary bedroom has comfortable queen pillow top mattress and bath with shower/tub combo one step away. Spacious loft with vaulted ceilings has queen, en suite bath and large walk in closet. Living room has vaulted ceilings and contains memory foam full sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy the spacious pool deck in the back courtyard including hot tub that are rarely at capacity even in summer. Or, watch it all while enjoying the late afternoon from the deck overlooking the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes newest Kuerig on the market for excellent coffee. Dine in or eat out, the choice is yours. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access. The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!



Interaction with Guests:

We are available if needed for any questions, concerns or local recommendations, but will allow guests their space as well.
