Venga a visitar este oasis de 2 dormitorios! La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama (2 personas), TV de 35 "y conexión wifi privada. Habitación en la planta cuenta con 2 camas grandes. Arriba dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Además de una zona amplia cocina con taburetes de desbordamiento para dar cabida a todos sus invitados. No se olvide de la derecha estación de asar a la parrilla completa en la piscina y bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse sin arena en esos días de atención gratuita.
Le encantará este adorable Villa sólo un rápido accionamiento 1. 3 milla de la playa. Golf Colony Resort está escondido en silencio de nuevo en la subdivisión Deerfield, pero justo en el centro y cerca de todo! Reservar la próxima casa de su familia fuera de casa con una relajante brisa y la playa a la vuelta de la esquina!

Clean property

Only problem is the building numbering scheme is confusing and keypad did not light up when touched. But after figuring that out everything was fine.

Beach Condo

The condo is a short drive to Surfside beach. We stayed here for a baseball tournament so we weren't at the condo very much. The condo was clean but does need some maintenance. We didn't have enough washcloths and someone was very quick to respond and bring us some, which was great.

We were moved overnight to a different unit and the issue was addressed in a detailed manner while our kids had fun in the Pool. Once we were cleared to move back into the original unit, we had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’m so thankful for the property management support.

When we got home from our stay my daughter realized she left her necklace hanging in the bedroom she had stayed in. I contacted the property manager and he called me back the next morning with the necklace in hand and mailed it to me. We received it about a week later. There are not too many honest people out there anymore. My family and I will be staying her again in the future.

Enjoyed stay, but don't rely on the internet.

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The only things we were glad we brought were cookie sheets, roasting pan, and a large flat skillet/pot. The personalized wall art was a nice touch. We called ahead to ensure that there was internet because my husband works from home. They have it, but the connection was very unstable, with the signal dropping every 5 to 50 minutes. My husband ended up exceeding our data plan by using his wi-fi hotspot. He tried the Starbucks, but it was too loud for conference calls. Also, ensure that you receive the keys for the pool. They weren't in the initial envelope we received, so there were some tense moments when our teenage son followed another guest into the pool just to find out that the house key he planned to use didn't work on the lock he needed to exit the pool area. Thankfully the linen guy was in the office after hours, and found the pool key we should have received.

The advertised rate did not include cleaning fees and taxes, which were substantial. Common practice, but I find it deceptive and annoying. It was on the wrong side of the very busy main road from the beach, but if you are aware of this, and don't mind the added drive time, it was a very good alternative to expensive and noisy beach accommodations.
