The Lake Villa is a unique townhouse just a 5-minute walk from the shops, supermarket, and the foreshore. This double-story abode features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the bottom floor with an open kitchen, family, and dining area up top, connected by a distinctive hardwood spiral staircase. Enjoy views over the treetops of downtown Paynesville as you relax on the couch, or out on the deck where you might be paid a visit by local rosellas and rainbow lorikeets.

Great place to stay in Paynesville

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is a great place to stay for a couple or family wanting a holiday in Paynesville. Close to town centre (short walk) and facilities. Property was clean and functional, just what we were looking for.It’s not the flashiest place you’ll ever stay, but great for a holiday.
