Lovely quiet space and house to have a peaceful few days - worth noting before arrival recommendation not to drink the tap water.

Enjoyed the elevated position and front deck. Love the resident wombat. Outside shower was novel. Comfortable place to stay.
Lot of steps to carry luggage up was the only negative.
While the place itself was nice and well located, we found the hospitality and the service around the stay to be quite frustrating. We arrived in the evening to find out there was no drinkable water, and no complimentary water to keep us going. Arriving in the evening also meant we had to pick the keys up from Iverloch, which was 25 mins from the property and not directly on the way. Drop off for the keys was the same. We had to pay for our sheets (costed by the size of the bedding) and then had to put our own sheets on. The duvet cover and pillow cases was already on, which made us question if they were clean or not. If you're paying for sheets, the minimum we'd expect is a fully made bed with clean sheets. When you book a holiday rental, there's a certain level of hospitality that you'd hope the owner would have thought through. While the above wasn't detrimental to our trip, they were obvious friction points that could have been avoided.
