In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental sleeps 4, offers a screened porch that overlooks Kiawah's award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center, and is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

This second-floor Tennis Club Villa features a one-story layout with natural light, hardwood flooring, and soft coastal finishes. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a full-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and views of the Roy Barth Tennis Courts. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area and dining area. The island offers ample counter space and is the perfect spot to entertain and prepare your vacation meals. The cozy dining area offers tennis views as well as seating for your whole party.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and ample closet space. You will also find a hall bathroom that offers a full walk-in shower.

The screened porch is a perfect spot to drink your coffee, lounge, and watch some tennis!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

The condo was tastefully updated. We loved the open plan and the location was perfect for access to racquet sports, biking to Night Heron Park, beach access and the Sanctuary. We had a wasp nest on the screened porch that was eliminated right away…on Christmas Eve! Overall, Akers Ellis is our go to for vacation stays on Kiawah Island. They’re the best!

The Perfect Getaway!

This villa is so comfortable and inviting…enjoyed the openness. Our Kiawah favorites were a quick bike ride away (The Sanctuary for ice cream, Night Heron Park for activities, marsh tower for lookout views). Convenient beach access too!

Very nice space and great location

This is a very nice unit and worked great for my family. I was nervous about the size at first, but they've done a great job with the space and we all had room to move. Great location for us as it was close to tennis, the Sanctuary, beach and biking trails to other spots.

Perfect Beach Vacation with my Sister

The villa, the island, the beach, the landscape, the total package - all are for a special time with my sister! Kiawah Island has been developed so well - I would recommend it to anyone….but I don’t want to crowd it. ;-)

Just as described

This property was just as the pictures show. It was in a great location. For just a one-bedroom, the kitchen was surprisingly very well stocked! It was a real plus to have some amenities such as, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap and even some bathroom amenities. The decor was very nice. Very comfortable bed, however the sofa was so uncomfortable sit on, it dips to the middle on both sides. Fortunately we weren't inside much but the sofa should be replaced.

Birthday Weekend

The unit was nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with lots of cookware and a regular coffee maker we used each morning. We called the management company upon arrival as we noticed many wasps inside the screened porch area. Everyone was gone off the island for the evening so they dropped off wasp spray the next day. The wasps were sprayed and 8-10 would appear an hour later. There must be a big nest somewhere. We couldn’t use the screened porch because of this. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay.
