Newly Renovated Villa Steps From the Beach!

Located in the West Beach region of Kiawah Island, this newly renovated villa is just steps from the beach! Whether you are visiting for a golf outing, attending a tennis camp, enjoying bike rides on the nature-filled trails or just wanting to dip your toes in the sand, this villa has it all.

The perfect villa in the perfect location! This second floor unit sits right on Boardwalk 7 and is only steps from the beach. The building is surrounded by beautiful palm trees which offers an abundance of shade. When you are sitting on the back porch, you will be able to see and hear all of natures beauty and may even see some deer passing through.

On your way into the island, Freshfields Village offers restaurants, groceries, spa and plenty of shopping! Enjoy a beautiful drive to the end of the island and visit the famous Ocean Course. If you need a day off the island, historic Downtown Charleston is only a 40 minute drive away.

When you walk into the villa, the first right will be the beautiful master bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom. As you walk down the hallway, the villa will open up to the living room and kitchen. A pull-out couch offers additional sleeping space, if needed. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, all-white appliances, and comes fully stocked. (We provide both a Keurig and regular coffee pot). Finally, a screened-in porch right off of the living room offers two wicker rockers where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the waves on the beach. The villas comes with brand new Hisense TV's, that will enable you to log into any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, etc). We do offer Youtube TV for your cable viewing.

Upon arrival, the villa will be stocked with a welcome kit of supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, papers towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent pods. This is meant to get you through the first day or two of your trip. No need to bring all your beach gear - this condo comes with a variety of supplies- beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and a bluetooth speaker (We do not provide beach towels due to COVID-19). Boardwalk 7 is about a 30 second walk from the villa.

This villa comes with 2 available parking spaces.

Kiawah Island offers 5 Luxury Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course - Home of the 2021 PGA Championship. Come play where the pros play!

Father / Son - Golf Trip

This property is in a great location for accessing the beach as well as several golf courses in amenities on Kiawah Island. It’s a smaller condo with a king bed and pullout couch that can accommodate a small family or a couple of guys going to play golf.

We had a short stay, so didn’t utilize any of the beach items or kitchen. Everything was clean and communication was great. Looked a little newer in photos than in person, but it was nice and clean. Easy parking and 1-2 min walk on the boardwalk to the beach.

Really enjoyed starting here and would highly recommend this spot to friends and family. Short waking distance to beach access, quiet screened in porch and close proximity to the entrance to the island. You can't go wrong

Awesome beachside condo!

We had an awesome stay here, it’s extremely close to the beach and there’s a beach access a few steps away. There were chairs and and umbrella provided and everything was as described. I will definitely be booking this villa again when I come back. Can’t say enough great things about it.

Kiawah Island Stay

This was a beautiful property and perfect for two people. We were attending a wedding on Kiawah so the location was perfect. The beach is steps away and magnificent. A note to the property manager. Please make sure you have enough bathroom supplies.

Cute, comfortable, steps to beach

Super Clean and comfortable 1bedroom. Small space but lives large with plenty of space for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children with pullout sofa in living area, comfy couches and chairs and screened porch area. Proximity to the beach was excellent, just steps to the boardwalk and thru the dune and you are there.

This was a last minute getaway for us, and it exceeded expectations across the board. My husband and I had never been to Kiawah, and I am so thankful I came across this listing. The own (Tyler) was AMAZING from initial contact through end of the trip - super helpful, responsive, and flexible. The location is awesome - literally one minute walk to the beach, easy parking, privacy on the screened in porch, quiet being upstairs, and not far from the entrance. The rental was easy to check in and out, clean and efficient and exactly what we needed. The screened in porch provided a great morning coffee and afternoon rain place to hang out, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Alligator Bikes to rent bikes for your stay, the trails are super close for a quick ride and lengthy for an extended ride if you’re up for it, and you can also bike on the beach. Could not recommend any higher rating, definitely hope to make it back soon!

A perfect getaway

This home was just the right place for my husband and I. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach, and very convenient to stores and Charleston. The home is well maintained, a very good mattress and great seating in the living space and screened in porch. Tyler responded promptly to any of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. A big thank you to Tyler for changing our week due to illness also. Kiawah is a beautiful island, good walking and bike paths and a great beach.

Wonderful, Last Minute Vacation

We booked this property at the last minute to celebrate a milestone birthday. We generally only book properties directly on the beach, but honestly, this property is so close to the beach access, we really didn't mind. The condo is exactly as pictured and Tyler was responsive to our questions. There are beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart with the property that we used each day. For a couple, this condo is perfect and we look forward to a return trip in the near future.

All we needed

Clean, comfortable bed and bedding, full kitchen facilities, good A/C and solid WiFi, lovely screened porch, 2 minute walk to a wonderful beach, plenty of towels, quality chairs, 2 TVs, kind host. Kiawah Island was a dream. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Super cute and clean

Great property. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the interior. Probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’m very picky. Easy walk to the beach, convenient parking and quick access on and off the island. I’d definitely book again!

Great location

Enjoyed the quick walk to the boardwalk to the beach. The screened porch was a wonderfully quiet space . All the furniture was very comfortable. The host was great !

Great time on Kiawah Island

We spent 3 nights on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful time. Our accommodations were perfect. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella that the owner provides and the beach buggy made it easy to carry everything to the beach. Tyler was very prompt with communications and everything came off without a hitch. Would stay her again.
