This property is a stunner! A getaway in the heart of Belmont. It has everything you need for a gorgeous getaway. Magical Mid Century house sits in a beautiful fully fenced original garden, with a big back BBQ terrace, views across Belmont. Kids will love the secret garden path & gate that leads to the park & playground next door. It goes without staying, hounds will love this place!. It's a thoughtfully renovated, three bedroom, TV room, open plan living, dining & lounge.
The owners have put a lot of thought into all the detailing of this property, the art work, the furniture, the little details that make it more than your standard BnB accomodation.
An original stone fireplace sets the tone of this property in winter. The big picture window is the perfects place to drift off while reading a book or flipping through a magazine.
The immaculate kitchen is perfect for whipping up snacks or prepping epic BBQ feasts. The large extended table is great for dinners, cards or even to laying out that jig saw puzzle you’ve been thinking of doing.
There is a light filled desk area if you have to punch out a couple of work emails.
As you can see the BBQ terrace with its large entertaining area is just a fantastic place to hang out and watch the sun go down with a nice chilled beer or wine in your hand, whilst the kids or pooch or both run around the backyard.
The front deck is perfect for a morning coffee and a read of the paper - make your own or head back with a takeaway from one of the great little cafes Belmont has to offer.
Super functional laundry with new washing machine and condenser dryer is there for you to use.
As indicated this fully furnished home includes TV, fast wifi/internet is also set up for streaming YouTube and other eligible internet channels (ie. You can log into your Netflix, Stan etc from your smart phone). Microwave, Fridge, Elec Cook Top, Electric oven, Toaster, Electric kettle, Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, linen and all other bedding, iron and ironing board plus hairdryer.

We are only a phone call or text message away. We are close by so are able to promptly assist where needed.

* PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy. So please - no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.
* NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony, or in any outside areas.
* PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
* All bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner TRUVI.
* Lastly we will also need you to agree to our house rules.

We’re happy to welcome your dog to our property! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone (both two- and four-legged guests), we kindly ask you to follow a few important guidelines:

• Dogs only. (Sorry, no other pets at this time.)
• Maximum of 2 small dog(s) or 1 big dog per booking.
• Dogs must be fully house-trained, well-behaved, and up-to-date with flea/tick prevention.
• There is an additional charge of $100 per dog, per stay which must be added to your reservation, if you choose to bring your dog with you.
General Rules:
• Dogs must have their own bed and must be kept off all furniture and bedding at all times.
• No food or water bowls are provided for hygiene reasons — please bring your own.
• Dogs must be supervised at all times and not left alone at the property unless securely crated.
• Please clean up after your dog immediately (both indoors and outdoors).
• Before departure, please conduct a thorough check of the yard and sweep/vacuum any fur inside the property.

• Barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, out of respect for neighbours and other guests.
• Any damage by your pet must be reported immediately.
• Additional cleaning and/or damage charges starting from $300 will apply if the above guidelines are not adhered to.
