This elevated and spacious, recently renovated master-built home enjoys distant ocean and natural reserve views across to Pittwater and Barrenjoey headland. From family groups to getaways with friends, this property is the ideal destination for travellers who appreciate both elegance and relaxation.

Downstairs is the open plan lounge/dining with 75 Inch Smart TV, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, a brand new galley kitchen with modern appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. The Kitchen and living area opens out to the large undercover deck with seating for 8 guests, Weber BBQ, outdoor fireplace and a spa and firepit to the rear of the yard with large fenced grassed garden. One of the four bedrooms is located on the bottom floor with a double bed its own ensuite bathroom and office area.
The combined laundry/bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine.

Upstairs there is a second living/rumpus room which leads out to a large balcony with distant ocean views and three more bedrooms, including the Master with Ensuite as well as the main bathroom with under floor heating and spa bath. The Master bedroom has its own private access to the balcony and a 50 Inch Smart TV.
There are ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning throughout the property as well as free WIFI available. Board games are available.

The property is located in a quiet street with just a short drive down to the beach or to the local cafes and shops. It is comfortable for 2 families and your furry friend is welcome too.

Loved the property, perfect Easter break. Clear that a lot of love has gone into this renovation and we had everything we needed! Loved the fire pit and the kitchen appliances.
