• This large fully renovated apartment contains four closed bedrooms:
- A first large, very bright bedroom with a king bed, an office space and a balcony directly overlooking Sainte-Catherine Street.
- A second including a King bed, an office space and a wardrobe
- A third including a Queen bed and an office space
- A fourth including a double bed.
• The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your favorite dishes. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you don't miss anything. In addition, a Nespresso Vertuo machine with a few capsules is at your disposal for your sleepy mornings. There is a Moroccan cafe and restaurant located on the ground floor also featuring a small fruit and vegetable counter.
• The dining area is spacious and the table can accommodate 10 guests, which will allow you to easily enjoy your family meals. Additional folding chairs are available in storage.
• In the living room, you will find two sofas so you can watch good movies comfortably. An arcade game "The Simpson" will entertain young and old looking for a little competition.
• You will have access to many board games to liven up your evenings!
• The unit contains a washer & dryer, a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet accessible from the dining room!
• The unit has an ultra-fast WiFi connection that will allow you to work efficiently or organize your stay without worrying about connectivity.
*PARKING*
• You have access to a free parking space behind the building. I will give you access the day before your arrival.
It is very IMPORTANT to note that the passage is very narrow and that only small cars can park there.
The width is 8 feet 11 inches and the depth 15 feet 5 inches. You'll need to follow certain guidelines to park successfully, as
space leading to the parking area is limited and can be a challenge.
• Parking is easy and free on the streets surrounding the accommodation. We are in a high-density residential area, and there are no parking meters to pay on the street.
✦ You will have access to the entire unit in complete privacy.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Handbook giving you all the important information you need to know about the unit, in addition to addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!
*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. Television has many applications such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Youtube, you just have to connect! There is an HDMI cable available so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV.
*DOGS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.
Additional fees: $100 per stay.
Conditions:
- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
- You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden after your stay.
- The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.
*OTHER PETS*
Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

The apartment has been completely renovated recently with the intention of creating a warm and comfortable place. The original floors have been restored and have kept their antique look and feel with a few creaks. This is a small inconvenience for some but for us it gives a comforting charm to our home!
