**JUST THREE-QUARTERS OF A MILE FROM SNOW PARK LODGE**



Bristlecone condominiums, in the Snow Park area, are located on the free Park

City Transit route. These townhome-style condominiums feature a fully equipped

kitchen, stone fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, private garage, deck facing

the ski resort, washer and dryer and complimentary wireless Internet.

Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to

the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.



The Bristlecone 503 master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The

bathroom has a combined shower and jetted tub with double sink.



The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The third bedroom has a

full over queen bunk bed. The second bathroom is located off the hall and has

a walk-in shower and single sink.



This residence is located in lower Deer Valley and has exceptional views of

the ski runs on Bald Eagle Mountain. It also has a full kitchen, patio,

private hot tub, grill, gas fireplace, and single car garage.
