Fantastic, newly remodeled, condo in a great location with everything you need for a Deer Valley or Park City ski or mountain vacation!

This unit is located within steps of a free bus route that comes by every 20 mins to take you to the ski resorts, or it's just a short 10 -15 min walk to the base of Deer Valley Ski Resort. The free shuttle will also take you to downtown Park City, which is just minutes away.

Nicely furnished and cozy with a great fireplace, and decks off each bedroom and living room. There is also a large open grassy area right off the living room patio. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to stay in and dine, as well as generously stocked with complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate!

This is a very quiet condo complex, with only 10 units. In the summer, guests can stroll around the small lake that is located directly in front of the complex, go for a relaxing paddle board ride or hop on a bike and take off to one of the many nearby trails. In the winter, this location is ideal to take advantage of the number one ski resort in North America or any of the other incredible ski resorts in the area. The boutique shops and nightlife of downtown Park City are also just a quick and free shuttle ride away!

Unit comes with one reserved underground parking spot, as well as parking outside.

Great property

Very nice condo in a great location. Easy to walk to downtown Park City and very quiet. Host communicated clearly and was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property, thoughtful host. The location worked great for our summer trip, with hiking, dining and activities nearby. The condo was tastefully remodeled and super clean, with every amenity provided for. Farah was an attentive and kind host, and truly made our stay memorable.

I would 100% stay here again

As the title says, I would absolutely stay at this property again. It was very clean, and it appears to be recently renovated. The host thought of nearly everything you might need, and she made it available (lip balm for ski lips, lotion for dry hands, and water next to the bed are just a few examples). The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools, gadgets, and appliances needed to cook full meals in the condo. The kids really appreciated the snacks she provided (which she curated to our tastes), and I appreciated the beverages she put in the fridge. She also had plenty of family friendly games available. The master shower was fantastic with great hot water pressure. There was ample storage in the bathroom and in the main bedroom dresser. The location was ideal for skiing Deer Valley. Some days we drove the 3 min to Snow Park Lodge, and on other days, we rode the free city bus which stops right outside. It was an excellent home base for our trip. Thank you Farah!

Deer Valley Gem

We have stayed at many places and this one was the most well maintained and clean rental we have ever been in! Farah stocked up her place with snacks and drinks! She even asked us beforehand what we liked! Bathrooms had everything you would need including extra toothbrushes. Sheets on the beds were so soft and comfy. The hot chocolate bar was greatly appreciated, especially by my 10 year old daughter! Thanks for everything Farah! You could teach a host masterclass!

My son and I stayed at Farah's condo and had a fabulous time. The condo is conveniently located near the base of Deer Valley and is very tastefully furnished. Farah was the best hostess we have ever had for a VRBO rental with great communications, very accommodating, and welcoming treats. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to a beautiful, clean, cozy, welcoming, personally well appointed, extremely convenient located charming retreat for the week. The beds were so comfortable with fresh new soft towels and every possibly needed accessory one could use. The kitchen was fully equipped with all desired appliances and well stocked food items for all our personal needs to enjoy romantic meals by the fire. Highly recommended and will return. 5Star!

Wonderful, convenient and with a host that went above and beyond!

We really enjoyed our stay in deer valley/ park city. The condo was very clean, well stocked with so many snacks, water and enough coffee for 4 adults for 4 days. ( that never happens!) The beds were very comfortable and the condo looks newly updated. Very tastefully decorated. Farah thought of everything! There were games, books, an humidifier and enough laundry detergent for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cozy living room with a fireplace after a long day skiing. The complimentary bus picked us up morning and night right in front of our condo and we never needed a car. Great condo, great location and a wonderful experience! Thank you.

Beautiful Condo, Great Host

We had a marvelous time in this unit. We rent through VRBO frequently and this was the best experience in years. The unit was renovated very nicely, with quality construction. The flow is nice with a large and open main area. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Underground parking is a huge plus. Our host was fabulous--very communicative and responsive to any needs or questions. She furnished tons of snacks and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fabulous, with easy access to Snow Park, downtown PC and PC Mtn. Would rent here again and again!

Awesome Ski Condo!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Host had special touches for our kids including a Hot Chocolate Bar which was a big hit! Overall fantastic place and our host had stocked the condo with everything one might need while staying there. She was super communicative and I would highly recommend this place!

It's wonderful to stroll around the lakes or walk into town. A great location. Everything you need to be comfortable is in this beautiful renovated home. It was our 2nd time.

Fabulous: Everything You Need Without Clutter

I’ve been skiing Deer Valley for consecutive years, ever since it opened. During this time, I’ve rented numerous properties and this particular property is a favorite. This 2-bedroom condo has an excellent combination of location, space, amenities, and convenience. The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable and functional. It’s a perfect location for access to free public transportation to Deer Valley and the transportation center at historic main street. Access to the underground garage for a single vehicle is a bonus. The owner was responsive to our needs and thoughtfully provided numerous amenities, including cooking supplies, toiletries, snacks, etc. This allowed us to avoid the rush to the market and use our time to ski the day after our arrival. Our stay at this property was an excellent experience in every way.

Super apartment and Super hostess

We just spend for 5 nights at the property and it was impecable in all the little details and quality of all the houseware and linens. The apartment very clean amd up to date on all aspects. Farah is a Super host making sure all your needs are covered; she thought of everything. The only thing we regreat is that we could not stay longer.

Wonderful unit and great host

Property and location were excellent. Unit is immaculate, modern and stocked with activities for the whole family like puzzles and board games. Bus stop to Deer Valley lifts right in front of the property. Plenty of parking in front outside or dedicated space in the indoor garage. The host, Farah, is very thoughtful, communicative and goes the extra mile. Highly recommended property and host.

Beautifully decorated; comfortable; the owner had everything you needed in case you forgot to pack something. The remodel of the unit was lovely. Convenient location. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool nights and days. I cook at home most nights and there was everything we needed. We felt right at home.

A True Host

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Deer Valley home, and Farah was one of the best hosts we have had on VRBO. She ensured that we had everything that we needed for an excellent trip. The condo is perfectly situated for easy Deer Valley access, and just steps from the bus that takes you to Main Street. Inside the condo, we enjoyed the open concept living space on the first floor and the very comfortable bedrooms on the second floor. Overall a great stay! Really can’t say enough good things about Farah!

Wonderful Getaway!

It was an incredibly fun ski trip! Farah was an amazing host - thoughtful, attentive, and extremely amenable. Great!

Let me start by saying that we have been coming to Deer Valley for many years and have stayed at several wonderful properties. The one thing that sets this property apart is Farah, the homeowner! The thoughtfulness that she put into making our stay as special as she could did not go unnoticed! The condo is spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was extremely convenient with the bus stop located right outside the front door. All of the "extras" and little touches that Farah provided were icing on the cake! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfection!

Everything about this property was just as stated and then some. Farah is an amazing host! Farah promptly responded to any questions that I had prior to booking, before we left for the trip and was checking on us throughout our stay. The condo was perfect! Plenty of room for our family, and a kitchen that had everything we needed for nights in. I was beyond pleased with our stay. By far the best VRBO experience I have had to date.

Perfect in everyway!

The pictures don't do the property justice. It would be difficult to show how immaculate the property was. Every detail thought of for our comfort. We were greeted with an amazing stocked fridge of beverages and a basket of assorted snacks too many types to list. Updated appliances and SMART TVs such a bonus to be able to access all of our streaming apps after a long day skiing. The location was perfect for us, walkable even in the snow to the base of Deer Valley. The owner was always available if needed but not intrusive. The layout of the unit was perfect for our family of three with spaces for privacy as well as gathering around the fireplace. We have definitely found our place to stay when we are in town.

Wonderful time in Deer Valley...

Beautiful condo with thoughtful attention to detail. Farah was wonderful to work with and she left snacks for us to enjoy after our long trip. The condo is incredibly appointed with everything needed and the setting was stunning both inside and out. Very easy to hop on the shuttle and be skiing in a few short minutes. We can't thank Farah enough for her kindness and hospitality as we had a great time with our son and his fiancé! Thank you Farah!

I have lived in Utah for over 40 years and truly believe this state is unparalleled in its outdoor activities and its geographically diverse landscape. (Southern Utah’s Bryce Canyon is truly unique!) Within a few hundred feet from this condo is North America’s top rated overall ski resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, not to mention all the other amazing ski resorts that are close by. Also, if you’re not a skier, there are still plenty of things to do, such as: mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, flyfishing, horseback riding, river rafting, boating, outdoor concerts, shopping, street markets, spas, dining in yurts, etc. I think you get the idea; there’s lots to keep you busy at this destination!
