This house is upgraded in all major rooms. In the kitchen is a new large refrigerator with ice maker, new stove with ceramic top, new exhauster, etc. Living room has 47" flat cable TV set and all bedrooms are remodeled with flat screen TV sets on walls and newly arranged beds for more floor space. The laundry room has large washer and dryer. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Regal Palms is known for its excellent pools, Lazy river, hot tubs and other recreational amenities. Our unit is almost touching these facilities, so you don't have to walk far (or even drive!) to them. This home is literally closest to pools, an easy short walk. Some guests call our house the 'poolhouse', because it needs only a few steps around the fitness center building to be at the complex of swimming pools. Obviously, this home is also the right choice for handicap people in a wheelchair. You'll be glad you rented with us.

Our 'Bermuda model' is the largest home in Regal Palms. It has a fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, utensils. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, one other bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twins each. There are three and a half bathrooms. The 47' flat color TV set (cable) with a Blu-ray Disc/DVD Player is in the living room, 32" flat screen color TV sets are in all bedrooms. Of course, there is a central air conditioning, updated washer and dryer and in-room safe. Towels and bed linen are provided. The WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION (WIFI) is available. The password is disclosed at the reservation.

The Regal Palms recreation center has a two-acre swimming complex with heated pools, waterfall and waterslide, Lazy river, hot tub and sunbathing terraces. ##### Hard to decide which Regal Palms house to rent? Consider this fact: To walk more than 5 minutes on sunny Florida days, at the outside temperature around 90 degrees, may be not only uncomfortable, but also a health hazard, especially for children and older people. Avoid it by renting our home at 104 Verona, that is less than 2 walking minutes from the Water park. You will not need to drive your car and search for a parking spot near pools and a lazy river, as some other guests do.

This home is suitable for up to 8 occupants.

Regal Palms is known for its excellent Pools, Lazy River, Water Slide, Hot tubs and other recreational amenities. Be sure you rent a town home that is close to these facilities, so you don't have to walk far (or even drive!) to them. -need a new can opener - the one that is there does not work

-it would be really nice if there were pool floats at the house. one of the other houses had some and it was very handy. same for a pack n play.

The can opener was already replaced.

We also had the pool floats in our home. Unfortunately some guests forgot to bring them home after they used them in the pool area. We replaced them few times in the past.

The refrigerator shelf was taken away by the previous guest. We are looking for the new one.

Supplies for one week. The list that we provide is as follows: Toilet Roll per holder, Kitchen towel, Tissue box, Hand soap, Coffee, Dishwasher tablet. Other items are available in the local Publix superstore. The home has the linens provided and we have 16 bath towels and 8 hand towels. No wash cloths are provided for hygienic reasons.

You get what you pay for.

I guess it's hard to complain for the price, but I will anyway. There are number of things that I wish I knew before booking:

1) This is the first home in the development. That means that every single car that pulls in passes by the house and every person that walks from the pool and other areas (regardless of the time of day) passes by the house. There is constant noise (even late at night) and rooms are constantly being filled with light from passing by cars.

2) The house is extremely barebones. Things notably missing: sponges, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, any basic kitchen items (salt, oil, etc). I have stayed in multiple rental houses in the past and there were always items left to get you started. How are we expected to wash dishes without sponges/dishwasher soap. All they left was one little soap for the dishwasher.

That being said it was nice for my kids to each have their own room. The beds are fine, not super comfortable but tolerable. The internet worked well. I wouldn't book this home again, but it certainly could have been worse.

Owner's Response: 1) It is very difficult to satisfy all our guests. Most of them are telling us that we have the best location in Regal Palms. An example of satisfied renter is the following brief Review from our recent guest: "Jan L. said... Jun 18, 2016 this unit is very nice clean and is perfect for a very short walk to pool and lazy river." This home is closest to pools and other resort amenities, but it is not on the most busy street with all cars passing by. There is a Main gate on the other street, were all guests in their cars check-in. It is true, that most Water park visitors are walking on the near sidewalk and they talk to each other. Very seldom are my guests complaining about it, but some do. Pool facilities are closed after 11 PM. 2) This rental home is not hotel. It is rental house for the short term. We provide the initial supply of soaps, toilet papers, etc., enough just for about one week. It is expected, that renters will buy additional needs in the near stores. (Publix superstore is away just 5 min. walking distance.) Certainly, for the safety reasons, we do not provide food supplies.

Just as advertized!

It was definitely the closest to the swimming pool. That made it very convenient for our group to come and go as needed. Also with the grocery store and restaurants within walking distance we had to use the car very little.

Plan on coming back next year, can't get enough of the lazy river!

A great place to stay for a large group.

Plenty of room for a big group (we had 3 adults and six children). Rooms were spacious. TVs, kitchen, washer/dryer were all very convenient. Glad to have stayed here.

The house is outdated, the downstairs bed is so uncomfortable and it sinks in the middle. The kitchen utensils were dirty and still had food on them. There were also roaches in the kitchen. The pool was nice but not heated. The restaurant at the resort isn't all that great either. They only provide enough toilet paper and paper towels for one night so make sure you stop at the nearby Walmart and stock up with everything, even dish soap (maybe that's why they were dirty).

Owner's Response: I don't know, what was an intention of this Review writer. Just a small part of his complain is correct. Did he find something comfortable in this house? We advertise, that utensils are washed just in the dishwasher and therefore we recommend to all guests to wash it again, to make it perfectly clean. We have perfect professional pests control (sometimes guests are bringing them from the previous location). All pools in Regal Palms are actually heated. We have within 5 min. walking distance also the Apple's bee, I-Hop and many other (ethnic) restaurants. Toilet papers, paper towels, soap etc. are supplied for one week (not for one day).

Good comfortable and safe stay!!

Property was in great condition, it was clean and wholesome, only minor issues, broken, ice maker on refridgerator and faulty remotes. Bed in upstairs master bedroom flimsy; mattress and back spring upturns if one sits on the edges of the bed.

I would choose to stay at this property on my next trip.

Property is large and as described

This property is as described. It is a large 4 bedroom unit and is the closest unit to the pool and clubhouse. The layout of the property is really great and with 3.5 bathrooms, it made it very comfortable and easy for us. We only had 5 adults so the amount of space was awesome!

I would give higher reviews however the check-in process was difficult because the management company had no record of us coming in even though the property owner had our money. When we arrived our first evening, our door code did not work, and when I called the management company I was given grief and excuses instead of the expected apologies that we had to stand outside for almost an hour trying to get in the unit. Both parties simply pointed fingers at the other. The property is NOT managed by the actual condo community there, so the process is a little convoluted.

The unit was not dirty, but it was not freshly clean. There was dust and dirt in the corners and a smell of having sat for a while.

The kitchen was very sparsely and cheaply appointed. For a unit that sleeps 10, there were no pots, pans or cookie sheets large enough to cook food for more than 4 people at a time. There was an adequate number of plates and glasses and eating utensils.

The beds were as described and were pretty comfortable.
