Overall, the property and grounds were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Coastal Carolina University. However, there were a few issues during our stay. At night, there were a lot of cockroaches visible in the mulch, which was unpleasant. Inside, we noticed a few dead cockroaches, the master tub drained very slowly, and the floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly—our socks became dirty quickly. With a little more attention to maintenance and cleaning, this could be a truly wonderful place to stay.

Very nice condo

This condo is just as described in the listing. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had 5 adults and it was plenty of space for everyone. The patio area was amazing to sit in and watch the water fountain. Very comfy beds and pillows. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again

Myrtlewood Villa's March 2023

Unit was great has everything you could need, brand new Kitchen, Comfortable Furniture and Beds. Unit was clean and fresh with newer floors and Paint jobs Smart TV's and the Kitchen has all the Equipment you could need. Will be back for sure

Myrtle Beach Spring Vacation

When we first got there, my wife was quite impressed. A few days later when my sister and her husband arrived, they were quite impressed as well. This property was exactly like the pictures. The entire condo was spotless. Plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. We're already talking about booking this location again next year. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Home Away from Home

This is a very beautiful and spacious property. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The community living space and screened in patio were so spacious and comfortable. It was a great space to be able to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The bedrooms were comfortable and good size as well. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice of where to stay when I visit Myrtle Beach in the future. It was only a 10-minute drive from the beach, and it was so nice and relaxing to stay close enough to get to the beach when we wanted to, but it was also nice not to be on the beach all the time. Overall, I would say our stay was great and I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Good with one exception

Nice property….just one issue, we saw several bugs / roaches, mostly in the kitchen / front door area. Everything else was fine.

Beach getaway

Cute clean decor however there was an infestation of ants in the kitchen by the window. We had to buy bug spray because the property manager didn’t get back to us for 2 days. Plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen A guest book would be helpful with tips on nearby restaurants, instructions regarding the pool bracelets, garbage locations, etc… Security take their job a little too seriously & thankfully I had found the pool bracelets & had them with us the one time we visited the pool. Overall, a very homey condo; would stay here again!

Would stay again.

We got in to town early in morning (2am) and getting into condo was easy and we appreciated the ground floor! Place is updated and so much bigger than what I expected! Great layout. My only criticism would be the cleanliness. We have rentals around beaches and understand sand can be hard, BUT overall the cleanliness was subpar.I did reach out about the floors being very dirty and they responded quickly and sent someone out to vacuum and mop, which was appreciated, but I think new cleaning company would be the route I would go. Or at the very least have someone checking and approving the cleaning. I would stay here again, because the location and condo was really great, I would just confirm the cleaning before getting there.

Excellent Stay

The condo matched the photos exactly. Extremely roomy, cozy beds, and stunning all around. I felt completely at home with my family. We really appreciated being able to check in a couple hours early thanks to the extremely kind guest contact. She was quick to respond when we had to get in touch with her regarding the power outage we had just after checking in. The power was eventually restored when she spoke with Santee Cooper. We are considering staying here on our next trips to Myrtle Beach, and we think we may have discovered our permanent vacation spot.

Property was just as advertised. Close to everything within a 5-10 min drive.

Beautiful condo. Clean felt like I was at home. This community is quiet. Close to everything but far enough away from the chaos. Would definitely rent in this community again.
