The Space:

There are six bedrooms in total each having a Superking bed fitted with luxury hotel linen. All beds except within master bedroom, can be split into two King singles. Adjacent Bedroom 4 & 5 on ground floor share Bathroom 4. All other bedrooms have their own private full bathroom ensuite.

Enjoy the spaciousness with three different outdoor seating areas! You can relax in the garden right outside ground floor bedrooms 4 and 5. Upstairs, there are two more lovely spots – one next to the amazing spa pool, and another right by the BBQ area with a great view of the lake. The whole villa has central heating to keep you cozy, and an open log fireplace creating a wonderful atmosphere. And for the ultimate relax, there's a steam room waiting for you in the downstairs bathroom 4!

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the private garden and expansive driveway, which offers ample parking for multiple vehicles or trailers. Revel in the seclusion and privacy of this luxurious retreat.

With plenty of out door decking both back and front of the property accessed by easy opening French windows

Queenstown's efficient public bus system, with fares of just $2.00, provides convenient access to local attractions. Other Things to Note:

For the safety and peace of mind of our guests, the upstairs outdoor area can be secured, ensuring children are safely contained within the property.



Property Protection Options



We take care of our properties so you can enjoy a comfortable stay. To cover the risk of accidental damage, every guest must choose one of the following before arrival:







Damage Waiver – NZ$45 (non-refundable)



A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to NZ$250. No card hold is placed.



Security Deposit – NZ$250 (fully refundable)



A temporary hold is placed on your card. It is released within a few days after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items.







You will be able to select your preferred option easily after booking. The majority of guests choose the NZ$45 damage waiver for simplicity.



This requirement applies to all bookings and is collected securely off-platform in line with Airbnb’s rules for software-connected hosts.
