✦ Several outdoor decks allow you to unwind, relax and soak up the sun whilst enjoying the mountain and lake views.

This four bedroom home was custom built in late 2020 from the ground up to provide you with all of the comforts and modern touches to ensure you have an enjoyable and pleasant stay. A spacious and well-appointed kitchen with open plan living and dining, an outdoor area, 2 main bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and a capacity for up to 10 guests. A gas fire and central air conditioning is provided to ensure you are kept warm during winter months and cool during summer. It has everything you need for a luxurious getaway. You will not want to leave after spending time here taking in the stunning lake and mountain views.

This modern, gourmet kitchen is stylish and practical with separate walk in pantry, coffee machine, kitchenware, everything you could possibly need. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ is perfect for those lazy BBQs.
➤ BEDROOMS: Privately situated on the 4th level is the spacious Master Bedroom, Wardrobe and En Suite. Access to the entertainment room and outdoor area is made possible from this area. Three double bedrooms are situated on the 2nd level as well as a shared bathroom and powder room. The second powder room is located next to the living room on the 3rd level.

➤ ENTERTAINING: Parents, would you like to have a relaxing time to yourself, want something for the Kids to do? This home has an entertainment room with a PlayStation and study nook for their media fix. The entertainment room is semi-attached underneath the master bedroom. You can also relax and enjoy the latest TV Series and Movies available on Netflix or have fun with the PlayStation.
★ Note: The sofa bed is in the Entertainment room which is also available for the extra guest/s or it can be made up on request. Sofa bed is $20 extra per person per night. ★
➤ FACILITIES: There is off street parking for one car on the property, and double parking inside the garage for two cars.
PARTY PREVENTION POLICY:
In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. No amplified sound (music or otherwise) to be played within the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum.
Monitoring device
All of our homes are equipped with a noise monitoring device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the property manager if it gets too loud. This device measures decibel levels throughout the property, this system only measures sound levels without recording or listening and does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
