Not happy

This place was gross. The appliances didn't work right. The rug was disgusting that we rolled out up and put in on the balcony during our stay. Tub didn't drain. Dryer didn't dry. The mattress was covered in gross stains. There were not enough towels for my family. Towel bars were falling off the wall.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on your property. While the location was great, quiet, and the pool was clean, there were several significant issues that impacted our stay: 1. **Misleading Listing**: The property was listed as kid-friendly, including amenities like a playpen and high chair, which were not present. 2. **Check-in Issues**: Despite being informed that we could check in at 4:00 PM, we were notified at 3:55 PM that the room was not ready. We were only able to enter at 4:36 PM, and the room was still not clean. 3. **Cleanliness**: The showers and sinks were filthy, and the only sign of cleaning was that the trash was emptied. We had to purchase a broom and mop ourselves to clean the space. 4. **Parking Pass**: The parking pass was not where it was supposed to be, resulting in a parking violation. It was only delivered after the violation. 5. **Pool Access**: The provided code for pool access did not work, and we had to seek help from someone working on the property. 6. **Missing Essentials**: The listing promised essentials like toilet paper and initial supplies, which were not provided. Additionally, there were no cooking pans available. Despite these issues, the beach was nice. However, due to these significant inconveniences and the unacceptable cleanliness of the property, we will not be staying here again. I hope this feedback helps in improving future guest experiences.

Stayed for black bike week

The unit was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos in the listing so there's no deception there. The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials coffee pot, cooking pots, utensils, some seasonings. All in all nice place, central location (15 minutes from the airport) and no complaints.

Interesting Cleaning Fee

I personally feel like we cleaned it better than whoever is cleaning the place. Hair left in the shower and sinks. Stains on the master bed. Mold in the seal of the washer, so we couldn’t wash our clothes. When we first walked into the rental, there was trash (halfway full) that stunk the entire condo. Wasn’t the greatest experience there. Otherwise, the view is prettier then it seems. The people you meet, are extremely nice and generous. The pool is cleaned every day, and the hot tub is extremely nice. Even with the chillier weather!! Definitely worth every penny when the rental is cleaned correctly, and you can feel clean. Lastly.. it was quiet on the first night.. but at 8AM (2 hours left in the curfew), we had a crew of workers all around the property. Being extremely loud, working on the surrounding condominiums. It lasted for almost two hours, and we couldn’t take it anymore. Overall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness, ⭐️⭐️ Experience, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Area, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Accommodating, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing Beach Condo

We loved the location and close proximity to the beach! We also loved the quiet community environment that is perfect for families!! Just a short drive to multiple golf courses, restaurants, and nearby shows and attractions! We will definitely stay again!

Our new residence was being renovated which required us to vacate until finished. The property met our needs in that respect. However, I suggest the owner correct a few maintenance issues prior to leasing to next renter. Garbage disposal not operational. Faucet in master bath leaked constantly. Vertical blinds missing slats, so you have to hang whatever over the top to gain privacy from the outside. Slider is in need of replacement. Gas in glass obviously gone bad. The area rugs need professional cleaning or removal completely. Not healthy for allergy-prone guest. I also suggest routine maintenance on HVAC system. The air handler is in need of cleaning. A routine duct work cleaning would be highly advisable for cleaner air. If you are looking for location, then you picked the right spot.

Perfect cozy area

There were some quirks, but management took care of it right away. Condo was nice size and having 2 full bathrooms was very.Nice size kitchen with a lot of counter space, across from kitchen was a lot of space for storage, nice touch. A lot of place don’t have storage’s for groceries.Full size washer and dry in condo was nice touch , very convenient. Balcony was nice very large and comfortable. Pool and spa area were nice and hot tub is the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The only negative is this older lady that would give everyone a hard time. This would stress you out at times, otherwise relaxing place to stay.

Absolutely perfect

The condo itself was absolutely as advertised, perfect for a week get away and still have space to just relax at the end of the day. In a nice, quiet and convenient location; just steps away from the beach. We will be booking again on our next trip!!!!!

Stayed June 22nd-25th

First of all the communication was not clear. We asked to check in early. We spoke with the property owner and she assured us that we will be reached once property is clean. Well to find out after we had to call her that the property had been cleaned since 2:00pm. We were traveling with a special need child as well, and had to wait, once we got to the room that was ready supposedly when we enter, the room smelled like urine a very often smell. Also, it had mold in the master bathroom shower that we had to call and complain and get someone out there to clean it. The patio door screen did not work living room nor master bedroom. One of the dining room table chairs were broke, and cabinet was broke and let me not forget they also had mold Lysol disinfected cleaner in room and it still wasn’t clean two thumbs down to this property. NEVER AGAIN!

Fit our general needs.

Overall cleanliness was not great. Condo smelled musty and floors were awful. Poor air circulation. Beds were horrible. But it gave us a place to gather as a family and not be on top of each other and super close to the beach.

Great location

There was little little quirks, but fixed right away, great location. Pretty nice and comfortable condo. Pool and Hot tub were very nice, hot tub was cleanest I ever been in awesome. There was a older lady that thinks she owns the place starting trouble with everyone witch is sad. Other people that live in location were very nice people. Very close to beach, also area around location very cozy! I was there with 2 dogs, and felt very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Better than we imagined

Absolutely LOVED the condo!! was just as pictured, extremely clean, even left us a couple items to make the stay easier!! Location was just perfect, 1 block from the beach, and quiet at night. The property owner was very quick on letting us know about any maintenance that was going to be preformed. Will absolutely be staying there again! 5 stars!!!!!

disappointing property

This property is not maintained very well. We had a list of issues that were looked at but not addressed. half the light bulbs were broke. Missing window treatments on the two sliding doors. Should not be in VRBO listing

From the beginning to the end. It was great place to stay. Very clean and small walk to the beach with many upgrades to the place.The outside is not much to look at but the owners made it very enjoyable when you walk in to the place. I would recommend this place to all. Will be planning again in future.
