Cozy place to stay near Fort Gregg-Adams

Came to meet our daughter's boyfriend and attend his AIT National Guard graduation. This is a perfect place to stay! Close to everything, comfortable home with all the amenities you need. The host is very quick to respond to any issues and was very helpful when our daughter was there for a week before we got there.

We had a short stay but with family and kids it seemed more feasible to have a larger space than hotel rooms. It was a great experience! The outdoor patio was wonderful. Master bedroom/ bathroom allowed for some great relax space as well! All in all a wonderful option.

My family and I was in town for my granddaughters college graduation. This home was idea for us due to the space for 2 little ones and 4 adults and being less than 15miles from the college was perfect. This was actually our 2nd time renting this home, that should tell you something :)

We had a great time. We were close enough to the base to see our son,grandson,and boyfriend. We also had time to see the naval base ,Williamburg, Marymount, and the beach. Perfect vacation ,great house. Nice large bedrooms, open kitchen, eating space, large spaces to gather inside/outside.

Time with our boy.

We came to VA to see our son, grandson, and boyfriend. He is stationed at the base. We also went to Maymount, Naval Base, the beach , a few museums and some shopping. The house is wonderfully located for all the things we did. It was clean ,easy to get to, lots of parking,and alot of outside space to spread out.

Our stay was very comfortable for my man child, granddaughter and great granddaughter. The house was nice very spacious and well taken care of. My 3yr old great grandjoy had plenty of room to stretch her legs and play. My son was our chef 😅 so we saved eating in. The only problem (but not a game changer) is that the shower in the main suite is very small however, I would definitely book again.

Visiting fort Lee

The experience was amazing, get to spend a lot of family time visiting my Marine at Fort Lee. The house is spotless and the owner Rosa amazing friendly came to the house to give us a tour of the house an d show us all the amenities. Plenty of clean towels and linens, shampoo, soap, conditioner even detergent, softener and dry sheets to do our laundry Strongly recommend this place: Sunnyside Manor

Perfect spacious home away from home

We just loved staying here. We all had our own amazing rooms. Everything was stylish and clean. Essentials were provided like shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathrooms as well as sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen. We needed assistance once and the host helped us out immediately. Very kind. Our dog enjoyed the space as well. Thank you.

Perfect for Military Families

This was the absolute perfect location for our family. We were bringing our daughter an Army Grad, from South Carolina/Fort Jackson. And delivering her to her AIT location of Fort Lee/Gregg- Adams. The house was a perfect, quick drive to and from the base with lots of fantastic area surrounding it. We spent lots of time with her, and also visiting with our son who is with the Marine Corps and completing his MOS on the same base. We found lots of wonderful, tasty and relaxing restaurants that are within a quick 5 to 10 minute drive to Prince George, Petersburg and Hopewell. We would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially to those that are visiting the base. We will definitely utilize the space again for our family in the near future. Thank you for the beautiful home with lots of great amenities. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient.
