Exciting new 2 bedroom+2 baths unit in a luxury beachside building. Featuring , you will enjoy access to a purposely designed amenity deck including a 50m infinity edge pool, expansive lawn areas, private dining and lounges, gym, BBQ and teppanyaki grill area.

Guests have access to the whole space 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and also a media room, Including resort facilities.

Guest can book cinema if available and will need the building manager to approve.
Guest can block times for AM or PM.
Block times are 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm.

Other things to note
- This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in.
- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels provided.
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. No nearby supermarket.
- Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out are available at an extra fee and are subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below.
- Please respect neighbours in complex and keep noise down
- Luggage storage is not available- Guests must use their own Netflix, YouTube, and Stan accounts.
- Rubbish Disposal: Rubbish chute

Nice property but didn't know it was a soft opening

When we booked there was nothing to indicate the hotel was in the midst of a soft opening. All we saw was 'Brand New Hotel'. Upon arrival it was clear the hotel wasn't fully open - there was bunting and barriers everywhere, signs falling off walls, only 1 lift of 3 running, tape indicating repairs required all over the walls. We had tradesmen knocking on our door multiple times asking if we had issues with the cabinets, the windows, the carpets. There was construction noise on the weekdays from 7am - drills, grinders etc. The turf hadn't been laid by the pool as shown in the images. In hindsight I realise the price was reduced but I didn't know that at the time I booked. So yes, it's a lovely hotel - or will be when it's open but it was pretty frustrating. We also were frustrated that there were no instructions on how to use things in the room, or where the facilities were and we were advised that we were not to use the hotel reception staff for anything as ours was a private booking. This meant we had to rely on the property manager who seemed stressed out and was going on a months leave so didn't have time for our questions. They were simple solutions that could have been resolved easily. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people - and when we asked for more it was a big deal to get them. The aircon wouldn't work which turned out to be as simple as closing the doors to the balcony but I had to figure that out by googling instruction manuals and reading them for an hour. So really simple basic but annoying things that detracted from our stay.

Hi thanks for your review, I can see our communication that as you booked super last min as there was no accommodation left in the Gold coast in January we had to get this property ready for your last min booking. So yes I was a little stressed so you could have a perfect stay and we did forget 2 extra towels which I was happy to rectify straight away for you. When your son answered the door I asked if everything was good and if he had any questions, He replied no that it was all perfect. We do have staff respond to any questions from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. at night, so a quick message would have resolved any issues straight away. I can also see that I did tell you that its a new building and you were the first guest as people were still moving in hence why only 1 lift was available for guests. Some work around the building was still taking place. All building works on your level were completed. Sorry, this was frustrating for you and may have caused some inconvenience to you this was not our intentions as we worked hard to get this property ready for your last min booking.
