Be the first to stay in this charming beach location and enjoy the stunning beaches and boardwalk.There is everything you need for cooking and dining and the unit is fully equipped with towels beach towels and linens. High speed internet and streaming TV for your entertainment. There is a queen size murphy bed to maximize space during the day. The Hollywood Boardwalk has oceanfront restaurants, pubs and shops. A car is not necessary because you can walk to little markets and restaurants or have anything you want delivered right to your door.

Hola, el dpto. se encontraba en perfectas condiciones para la estancia, un poco de olor a humedad, pero bien. El wifi es muy lento, si piensas trabajar no te servirá, de lo contrario sirve. Es la segunda vez que estoy y ha sido remodelado. Lo mejor sin dudas es la ubicación. Ha sido una muy buena estancia.

This was a great studio. If you’re expecting a high end resort, this place isn’t for you. It was a cozy studio right next to the beach. … literally 1/2 a block off the beach. Price was fabulous. The pics in the listing are accurate. We loved that there were beach chairs to use. We walked to dinner every night. Ignore the reviews about the bed not being comfortable. It’s a firm bed. Myeloma and my chronic lower back pain loved it. We had a great stay.

Super close to the sand & was cleaner than any other place we've stayed in the area, so best of 4 so far. The rental staff is attentive and also was able to workout a solution for us that fit our needs. It's a studio that has a Murphy bed setup with a decent amount of shelf storage so they made good use of the square footage. Kitchen has a full size fridge, a stove top/sink combo, a toaster oven, toaster & a microwave. So in lieu of eating out every night we were able to do some light cooking which turned out better than the one night we dined out. You're on the beach side off the road, about one block from the sand so a light stroll of 2 mins and you can kick off the flip flops. The beach here has the showers to clean off your feet and at the beach is a concrete "boardwalk" that's kind of like the type in Venice Beach or Manhattan Beach in So California minus the street performers & such. Anyway it was a good spot for our needs and is perfect for a traveling couple looking for a lower priced place to hang your hat. There are quite a few restaurants within 1-3 blocks so you don't have to drive to dinner. We had a parking pass for on-site parking which beats trying to find one on the street. Fun Beach Time

We love staying so close to the beach and boardwalk when visiting. We like to be lazy and this studio is perfect for 2 people. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

5-star location

I loved the location. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed our stay. I tried to reach the host to ask a question but got no response. That was disappointing but did not ruin our stay.

Excellent Location

Unit has 1 queen, a small sofa, it’s not a sleeper. Difficult to move around if bed is down.Mattress is hard. Pillows are not hotel quality. Microwave not accessible unless you are tall. A/C unit and ceiling fan are loud. Blinds do not block bright exterior lights. Listing does not mention this is a second floor apartment without an elevator. Checkin instructions do not describe location of parking lot which is at a different address. Emailed instructions also do not include the REQUIREMENT to display a parking pass in the vehicle while in the assigned spot. The instructions mention a parking pass and a spot. I texted but did not receive a response so I then called (this was a long complicated process) so I could locate the correct parking lot. The lot was on a different street…these instructions were inside the apartment (although they direct you to go the wrong way on a one way street) The parking pass was not in the apartment and I did not give it another thought because I did not see any signage and the woman on the phone kept repeating park in spot 22. My rental was towed from the assigned spot, when I contacted the office I did not experience good customer service. I was told I would receive a call back but didn’t so I called again the next day. Was told they needed to speak to owners and I would get a call back which never happened. Instead I found an email stating there was nothing they could do and that I would be charged for a parking pass I never received.

Best part was the closeness to beach. Unit was very small. TV didn't work at all. Had to drive around 3 times to find parking spot. Information given for check in was not very accurate. Had trouble getting in door, only outside entry upstairs. Should have spent more

Great Location

Steps from the beach. Small space. Did not realize there were going to be stairs I had to carry my suitcases up and down. Washer and dryers not coin operated. You need to purchase prepaid 5.00 card or down load app min 10.00. No laundry soap available to purchase at facility. Quiet area. Overall good place to stay.

Great location, but some disappointments

The wifi was super slow. The kitchen area lacks space to prepare food or wash dishes. Not enough bath towels for 5 days. Shower was great. We had to buy TP and soap. No cleaning supplies except for a broom and sponge. People at the building were really kind. Murphy bed was surprisingly ok. I would not stay in this unit again because of the slow wifi and small kitchen area. We will look for a better option in the building next time because of the location and the friendly culture.

Great location

Nice place, suited our needs perfectly fine. Excellent location, relatively clean property and nice community/neighborhood. Wish they provided dish soap. Only complaint is that the internet does not work at all. Couldn’t even stream a show. So do not book this place if you absolutely need internet for any reason. Would stay again.

Good Stay

Pros - Great location, unit remodeled and has all new appliances and a well equipped kitchen, heated pool, AC works great, easy check in/out and overall very clean except.....Cons - the 2 pillows provided were horrible but additional pillows were provided on request, the shower curtain had lots of mildew and the matrass was hard and the bed noisy. Phone calls were answered but number provided for SMS went unanswered. Overall good value and would stay again.

As promised, the beach was in walking distance from the property with restaurants and a convenience store along the boardwalk. We appreciated the beach chairs on site for us to use. Property description was a bit misleading as the kitchen is a small kitchenette with two burners and the microwave was above the fridge so no one under like 5’5” could use it. Shower liner has what looks like mildew on ii. Needs cleaned or replaced. Wardrobe was filled with extra towels & sheets on one side so storage for guests was limited.

Stay was pretty good

The stay honestly was pretty good, my spouse and I loved being right next to the beach and the neighborhood was lovely. The only issue was the checkout process we were told to checkout and hour earlier than out actual checkout time and the parking was kinda confusing.

Loved this Place!!

This was the perfect home for a wonderful vacation. The location you can’t beat, literally just steps to the beach! The place has everything you would need as well. The management was outstanding and accommodated all my requests. They are available at any time and immediately if you have any questions or concerns. They provide all your beach gear as well. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside of our room was cute and charming. I feel bathroom completely redone a small kitchen with all the appliances needed; microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, oven, stove, top tea, kettle, and all the cookware and dishes needed to cook within the room. The bed was cheap and very noisy when moving and getting in and out of the bed it definitely could use an upgraded mattress. The room is clean and newly remodeled. It was close to the quiet side of the boardwalk, but a short distance from the nightlife food and bars. We were steps away from the beach, so coming to, and from to use the restroom and cool off was a breeze. Coin operated laundry was convenient for washing clothes prior to going home. It would have been perfect, if there wasn’t construction going on on the outside of the apartment complex. We were awoken every morning between 7 and 8 AM with jackhammers drills saws and construction men yelling. Not a good wake up Call when you’re on vacation. The pool was not functioning. Please ensure you speak with the company prior to booking and confirming your stay to ensure that the construction is completed because it will put a damper in your trip. All of the tenants that were there during our stay. We’re just as upset and frustrated. Concrete cilia, dust and broken concrete chips over the walkways. This is an no reflection on the construction company as they were just doing their job. We were mostly upset that we were not informed of the major construction going on prior to our trip. We would have considered another place if we were aware.
