It`s very easy to get around because you can walk to nearly all the places you`ll need on a daily basis! But here are a few options:

As of parking, Hollywood Beach is PRIME real estate and as a result there isn`t a lot of parking available and therefore it is not included in the price. However, we have included a QR code in our welcome package that you will need to scan in order for you get a parking pass, the cost of it is $21 daily. With this parking pass, you will be able to park in any PUBLIC parking space along the street or the garage directly beside the building. NOT local resident spaces or any numbered spaces. We will provide our welcome package one week before your check-in date.
There is a 2 person maximum in our apartment.

This place has everything you need for a getaway to the beach. Get location -quick uber from the airport, walkable to the beach, water taxi, bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were provided. Hollywood also offers a Circuit ride share that was an easy and inexpensive way to get to the grocery store. There are tons of fun things happening just a block away at the Broadwalk on the beach. The pool was nice to have as well. It was clean and uncrowded. Check in was smooth-Rocky and Hope were responsive and communicated everything well. We had a wonderful time!

Really great experience at this super-clean, well stocked room a 3 minute walk to Hollywood Beach. Really neat property, with a grill, some old stone tile tables with umbrellas, a pool, laundry, Roku tv, a/c, everything you need really. The kitchen had everything you can possibly think of including basic condiments, sugar, etc for cooking. I would come back and stay longer. The check-in process was new to me, so you have to pay attention and read the texts, otherwise it was seamless. Can't wait to come back!

Hope & Rocky were wonderful hosts. They even dropped off a space heater due to an unusual cold front coming through. It wasn't needed but it was extremely thoughtful. The space had everything we needed and the location was perfect! The pool and outdoor spaces were wonderful. Thank you for a perfect getaway!

We had a very relaxing four day stay here. It was especially nice being so close to the beach with the necessary beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas and cooler) provided. This place was conveniently located near the boardwalk with lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet and clean with a cute little courtyard to enjoy right outside the front door. Rocky and Hope were very responsive as we had a little technical difficulty with the parking permit. We would definitely stay here again .

This was the perfect size and location for my wife and me. It is on a quiet street and in a gated group of properties. Step out of the gate and you see the ocean. The boardwalk is just as they say, steps away. Once there, a left takes you north along the resort part while a right takes you along the restaurant/shop part. The water taxi is literally a couple blocks away.

We stayed for 4 days and overall had a good experience. There was a small issue getting into the rental at first, but Hope resolved it quickly, which we appreciated.Once we got settled in, we noticed there were no standard bed pillows provided. There are only couch pillows which wasn’t ideal or what we expected. It also raised some concerns about cleanliness.On our second day at the beach, one of the chairs was broken. Ricky responded quickly and replaced it the same day, and also provided a partial refund to cover the inconvenience of having to rent chairs, which we thought was fair.The space itself was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it still worked for our stay. The pool furniture looked a little worn, likely from sun exposure. One of the highlights was how close the boardwalk is. It’s very convenient. The area felt safe, and the community is mostly older residents, but everyone we encountered was friendly. One thing that could definitely be improved is the towel situation. We were only provided four towels for the entire stay.Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s extremely difficult for a host to make a guest happy despite doing everything in their power to do right. All of these complaints were unexpected situations that were resolved EXTREMELY FAST. And the pillows are in the lift up cabinet to the right side which is in the welcome package. The couch pillows are cleaned regularly. We really do not think this is fair to consider our unit to be a three out of five stars given that most of it was unexpected issues even though it was all resolved immediately. Firstly, the guest had an issue for about 3 minutes getting into the front door of the unit which was resolved immediately by the host. Second, I wish you would’ve asked about the pillows because the couch pillows are not what you sleep with. The pillows are in the cabinet directly to the right with the blankets. This is in the welcome package so if you would’ve read the welcome package prepared by the host then you would have seen it. Also, the unit is extremely clean and the cleaners do a very thorough job of cleaning the unit every single time, including the couch pillows. So just because you “question” it doesn’t mean that it’s dirty Lastly, I wish you would have asked us for extra towels if you needed them because we would have given them without any issue or question whatsoever. Anyways, we wish you the best of luck in your next day. Safe travels back home.

this unit was just as described! clean close to boardwalk ocean loved the pool area and fact it had laundry on site to use prior to going on cruise could do our laundry that we had used the 3 days we stayed. Well appointed, cute as a button, and location, location, location! We spent two nights here before a cruise. Close to airport and cruise port. Just steps from the beach and Broadwalk (which offered many dining options within easy walking distance). Even though it is close to the action, the unit was pleasantly calm and quiet. We had a great stay at this property on Hollywood Beach. It was the perfect size for 2 people. We didn’t cook there but appreciated having the microwave and refrigerator for leftovers. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. We felt safe throughout our stay but liked having the added security of the locked gates. Really enjoyed having the patio area out right outside the front door. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, it’s bigger in person and is maintained really well. Thanks for a great weekend!

Excellent location

Excellent location, only a very short walk to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit felt safe, clean, and the pull down bed was very comfortable. This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway and we would definitely book again.
