Located in a quiet bay on Longbow Lake where the eagles soar and the fish jump, your home away from home offers an executive stay with all the finest amenities. Family memories start here at this single level home witha large "cooks" kitchen, a double-sided fireplace, three spacious bedrooms, two extra large bathrooms, and a gently sloped manicured lawn. This property offers access to individuals with mobility restraints; featuring wide doorways, grab bars, curbless showers, and absolutely no stairs. All wide exterior doors open to ground level for ease of access.

Whether you want to share an experience of a lifetime in the great outdoors with family and friends or you want to fish/boat/snow machine the famous Lake of the Woods area or you want a place to unwind and put your feet up while in the area for business; this home can be your retreat. Internet service will assure you are always connected to the outside world.

The multiple large windows in this home, take advantage of the spectacular views of the gently sloped yard to the water beyond. In the summer months, this northeast-facing frontage displays both sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Nighttime skies display unlimited stars and Milky Way gazing. Multiple times a year Northern Lights dance across the northern skies when the conditions are right. Night time can be made more special around the fire pit where marshmallows can be roasted and campfire songs sung.

The main great room in the home features high cathedral ceilings with massive windows to match, letting in ample daytime light. Three east-facing clerestory windows bring substantial morning rays of sunshine and additional light throughout the day. Multiple comfortable seating options adorn this room. Two swivel recliner chairs by the windows allow for facing into the room for comfortable interaction with family and friends or turned around to take in the spectacular views of the yard and lake. The recliner couch faces directly to the 85-inch smart television with surround sound, waiting for you to watch your streaming services. Two comfortable winged chairs can be used facing the double-sided fireplace or moved to create a more inclusive conversation area. A large quartzite double-sided desk with massive built-in shelving and plenty of lighting allows for business to continue while enjoying all this home has to offer. Completing the great room, the dining table with a custom live-edge light above is a great place to have memorable meals.

Off the dining room, a small, screened porch offers a bug-free summer retreat or a winter-enclosed barbequing station.

The large kitchen has tall cupboards, two islands, ample counter space, a cook-range with instant propane cooktop and electric convection oven cooking, and a side-by-side built-in full-sized fridge and a full-sized freezer. Large windows bring in huge amounts of daylight and display spectacular views outside. The small quartzite prep island has a pullout garbage can and a sink. This island is slightly lower than normal and has a small overhang to comfortably include shorter sous chefs or those with mobility constraints. The large island is a gathering spot during meal preparation and cooking. A large counter-height surface offers two comfortable stools for sitting during prepping or for visiting. A drop-down waterfall edge brings part of the island to table height offering a casual dining experience, once again, easily including individuals with mobility constraints. A small bar area in the kitchen keeps the mixing off the island and away from the main kitchen surfaces.

To the side of the kitchen, a door leads to the chef's pantry where additional counter space is available. The air frier is located here and any other small appliance can be kept out of site of the main kitchen. This room also features a large-sized washer and drier and an entrance to the single-car garage.

The main bathroom features a live-edge vanity open at the bottom. The shower is curbless and free of restrictive sides. The rain shower head or adjustable height wand can be used for any situation. A shower wheelchair is available upon request.

Offering three large bedrooms, this home has sleeping space for up to eight guests. The primary bedroom offers a California King bed, a sitting area with one side of a double-sided fireplace, and a large, accessible ensuite bathroom. The shower in the bathroom has a large rain-shower head, a hand-held adjustable height spray, an additional low-height spray head, and a large seat. Double sinks adorn a large L-shape vanity. A walk-in closet will be ample space to unpack your suitcase and enjoy. The views from the primary bedroom are spectacular all year round, overlooking a quiet bay and summer sunsets. The primary suite also offers a 65-inch smart television to log in to your streaming accounts.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an armoire. This room has enough space to be comfortably navigated by people with mobility challenges. The high ceiling with an east-facing clerestory window in this room brings in calming rays of morning glow to start your day.

Bedroom three offers a comfortable queen bed. A fold-out futon can be used as a bed or as a comfortable sitting space, making this room an ideal quiet sitting room when not being used for sleeping space. A chest of drawers completes this room.

The driveway leads to the inviting front door and a large parking space. A single car garage is available to park in. Around to the other side of the home are mature towering trees and large yard to roam in. A hammock extends between two trees for a lazy afternoon rest. A solid pipe dock over the water offers a propane fireplace and sitting area with the best vantage point for viewing sunsets. A floating dock offers a swim ladder to lower down to float the warm day away. The floater also offers multiple tie-offs and ample depth for most boats.
