The property was clean and worked well for our vacation needs. The host is super nice and very receptive !! We would rent the condo again...no issues and were very happy !!

Vacation like a Local

Quaint and nice condo settled on a natural black sand beach. With wonderful sunsets. Communication with management was amazing and they are extremely kind and helpful. I am anxious to return to this wonderful island. I highly recommend renting a car and staying here.

This was a nice little condo to stay at and the owners are absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fairly inexpensive stay in Tahiti. Couple things to note for people looking to stay here: This property is right next to the beach instead of overlooking the beach (you can’t see it at all from the condo but you can hear the waves), you’ll need to walk about 2 min down a path to get there. Another odd thing is the toilet is on the main floor and the shower/sink is upstairs, which was a little off for us but maybe it normal for other places and we’re used to something different in America.

The property was very clean and an enjoyable place to stay. There are a few places within walking distance, and we thought we could get by with public transportation, however, you should really rent a car. The public bussing system that we are accustomed to using when out of the country, is not reliable in Tahiti, or Mo'orea. Now the Host: Heiva was amazing! Without having met him, our trip would have been much different. I don't believe you could find another Host that will do so much to help you. If he can, he will! He helped us with the rental car when we went to Mo'orea, and he bailed us out of a bad situation when we returned from Mo'orea. Heiva let us stay in another property of his when a different host pulled some shady stuff on us. Both properties we stayed at were very clean, and well kept. If you book with Heiva and his family you will have a nice clean property and a VERY exceptional host. He went above and beyond for us!!

Not a pretty picture

The unit itself is very nice except two issues. The toilet is in the bottom floor but the bathroom is next to the bedroom. That makes it very inconvenient especially in the middle of the night having to trek downstairs on a narrow stair. The AC unit is upstairs and it struggles to keep a comfortable temperature. A ceiling fan could help. Downstairs you have to count on a ceiling fan. There is old starting in the shower tiles. The building needs a lot of cleaning updating fixing and upkeep. It’s dirty and does not show well. The path to the beach is long narrow and not easy to walk on. The beach itself if you call it that is strewn with garbage uneven paths and very difficult to get to the water. It appears to have major undertow. The street with lots of traffic noises 24 hours a day makes it difficult to sleep. The mattress needs replacing. Not the best of places to stay at any price and this one is not cheap. Caveat Emptor

Great Host

The host was nothing but amazing and super accommodating. He definately helped make my trip memorable. The place was clean and tidy and close to the beach.
