Waterfront Paradise with Jetty, Kayaks, BBQ, & more
This newly renovated waterfront home is perfect for families or groups who enjoy spending time on the water or by the water's edge. There is a large backyard with plenty of outdoor seating - perfect for outdoor entertaining!
The space
Start your morning with a coffee on the private jetty or one of the balconies overlooking either the garden and water or forest.
Then spend your day on the water kayaking or SUPing, or grab a seat on the water's edge and fish directly from the backyard.
We have two kayaks with life jackets available for you to use as well as a selection of inflatables with a pump for inflating and deflating.
For boaters there are two nearby boat ramps.
One is just located about 750 meters away on Baker Street, under the bridge which is great for small boats and jet skis. The other is a larger boat ramp about 8 minutes away at the end of Dora Creek Street.
You are also welcome to tie your boat to the private jetty (with cleats) for the duration of your stay.
The house is equipped with air-con and ceiling fans.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 2 & 3, bathroom & laundry, billiards room with sleeper sofa, exercise area.

Billiards sofa bed - Small double bed (120cm x 195cm)
Along with the fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge freezer, there are also plenty of cook books. As well as boardgames and puzzle books to keep you entertained.
Billiards table: Care must be taken if using the Billiards table and nothing to be stored or placed on the table - even if the covers are on.
Guest access
Access: You'll have access to the whole house except for the garage.
There is plenty of parking available for cars/boats on the grassed area at the front of the house and road.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via Vrbo messaging and you will use this code to unlock the lockbox with the house keys.
Other things to note
Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Lake/Beach towels are BYO.
Hazards: This is an absolute waterfront property and as a result, there is no fence between the house/garden and the water, so please supervise children and animals at all times. There is also a trip and fall hazard from the garden to the boat ramp and jetty.
Damage: You will be charged for any damages.
Please note: No sleeping is allowed other than in the bedrooms and sleeper sofa. The upstairs sofa may not be used as a bed.
There are external security cameras which monitor the front yard, driveway, back garden and rear carport for safety and security purposes.
