With 180degree views of the lake this two story family sized home is north-facing and located in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access across the street to the Lake, so bring your stand up paddle boards and kayaks or even JetSki or smaller boat with direct Lake ramp access 50m from house.
This home offers multiple living areas upstairs and downstairs, a beautiful private backyard surrounded by a fully fenced mature garden, and a deck complete with a sunken spa. Small dog friendly (on request) and unlimited WIFI is included.
