Upon entering the home you will be met by a spacious kitchen with full sized stainless steel appliances, stunning dark cabinetry and complete with porcelain dinnerware. As you continue in the home, a bistro styled table with set of 4 chairs will be present in the dining area. Following the dining table, you will be met by the spacious living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and large flat screen television equipped with Roku and many other streaming applications. The living room is also the main access point for the stunning balcony. The master bedroom is located just off of the living room and is furnished with a king sized bed, two night stands with matching lamps and black out curtains. The master bedroom includes an en suite master bath equipped with a double vanity sink with matching granite countertops, large separate soaking tub and walk in shower and cabinets for ample storage. This home includes a full sized washer and dryer located just off of the main entrance of the home.

Guests will have access to on site amenities such as the resort style pool, business center, state of the art fitness center and roof top lounge. In addition, the home comes with parking in the on site resident garage. Your luxurious Houston experience awaits!

Located in the Uptown district, this home is central to restaurants, shopping at the Galleria and Memorial Park. Downtown, Midtown and the Medical Center are a short 20 minute drive. This home includes access to the outdoor rooftop lounge with areial views of Uptown and Downtown.

Getting Around:
There is a public bus transit stop located conveniently across the street on Mid Lane and Westheimer Road.

- We allow pets per request and extra charges will apply. Up to 2 dogs; no breed or size restrictions. There is a dog park located right outside the building.
