Experience Vancouver living in our beautiful house with breathtaking views, located in the most affluent neighborhood in Vancouver - a quiet oasis in the city surrounded by lush greenery. Unbeatable, incredibly convenient location for visitors to Vancouver where you can stroll to some of Vancouver's best parks, shops and restaurants. 10 mins to downtown, airport, beach and UBC. Plenty of space for large groups to enjoy all that Vancouver has to offer.

Our house is located between Downtown Vancouver and the Airport. 5 Bedrooms and 6 beds (1 bedroom on the main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs) - ideal for family vacations and reunions, business travel and corporate gatherings.
HOUSE:
The main level of the house is fully accessible (ground level with just a small step up) and features an open concept living room, dining area with mountain views, kitchen, full bathroom with a shower, bedroom with a queen-size bed & beautiful garden view, laundry and outdoor wraparound patio with full size BBQ and sitting area with mountain views. The top floor has 4 bedrooms - each bedroom has beautiful street or mountain views, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with panoramic views of the North Shore. Spacious sunny front yard with a Springfree trampoline and swing for younger guests to enjoy.

Our house is family-friendly and will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also have a travel crib, highchair and a stroller (Pocket Stroller) that you can use - please just let us know in advance what you may need.
There is plenty of FREE parking on the street directly in front of the house. Keyless entry throughout with self-check-in/check-out. Bus stop is just 2 short blocks away.
Perfectly situated for any direction you need to go with 10-15 minutes' drive to Airport, Downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, English Bay, Stanley Park, Kitsilano Beach, UBC and much more. We are a short walk to Kerrisdale Village and only 2 short blocks to Arbutus Greenway where you can enjoy a safe and comfortable 9-km walking and cycling route that begins at False Creek and ends at the Fraser River Centre leading to parks, Kitsilano Beach, Granville Island, Stanley Park and Coal Harbour. It's about 15 minutes' walk to VanDusen Botanical Garden and a short drive or ride to Queen Elizabeth Park. Public transportation is just 2 blocks away, which provides great access to all parts of Vancouver.
During your stay:
We meet and greet our guests and provide door passcode. There is self check-in / check-out. We live downstairs and are always available by phone, email or in-person to help with anything you might need. Please ask should you need to check-in earlier or later than the times listed and we will try to accommodate your requests.
Other things to note:
The backyard with the pool belongs to the separate - independent unit and is NOT included in the listing (not for guests' use).
